`Self is the creator and, `BMI’ is the creation. But like a spider gets caught in its own web the ‘Self gets caged in its own BMI. And when that happens the BMI has to work hard to set the, `Self free. This process can be compared to NASA sending space shuttles. Assume the, ‘Space shuttle’ is the, `Self and everything else within Earth’s gravitational pull is the BMI. A tremendous force has to be applied to throw the Space Shuttle out of Earth’s gravity and send it to the space. To push anything out of Earth’s gravity, force from the Earth itself has to be used. Similarly, to set the, `Self free from BMI the BMI has to utilize all its power. In Nirvikalpa Samadhi the BMI frees the, ‘Self, and then pulls back the ‘Self into the BMI exactly same as a Space shuttle is pushed out of Earth’s gravity, and pulled back into the gravity

KUNDALINI – THE DORMANT POWER Rousing of Kundalini is the one and only way to attain divine wisdom, super conscious perception and realization of the spirit …

Kundalini A hidden source of energy within the human body, which when activated gives the person super-human powers.

Tantra is a secret spiritual science. It has been displayed openly for this is open world today and nothing appears secret. People of today are quite mature, educated and intelligent

One of the side benefits of Kundalini is the potential to activate all kinds of super powers — like the power to heal, and the ability to see into the future. Or to know the future. Tick and tick. But those super powers — called siddhis in the yogic traditions —are not the real deal. And in fact, they can become obstacles on the path because they’re so damn alluring that one can become enthralled by the power they offer and forget about going all the way to self-realisation.

Ordinary people went to the doorsteps of gods, but they were unable to help those and were themselves too badly affected for the demon was not allowing them to work for the development of human race, most intelligent of all the creatures. Ultimately all gods became gathered and went to the doorstep of super god Bramha. He along with those went to another super god Shiva. He finding himself unable to help those went to last and topmost super god Vishnu along with them. Vishnu told them the importance of unity. All gods and super gods expressed out their individual powers. Those all individual powers were then united together and came out in the form of a super power in the appearance of a too beautiful, powerful and divine goddess called as Durga.

Kundalini experiences are described in spiritual traditions around the world since ancient times. It is a universal phenomenon. When we awaken our higher centers of consciousness, we are filled with a new energy that brings heightened creativity and psychic power.

One of the advantages of spiritual training here in Joshua Tree is hidden in the nature of the desert itself — it is the reflex of power. Power is one of the natural qualities of the desert, so you’ll find in the nature of the meditations we have here, a very strong movement of the power of God, expressed in the kundalini. When you are in a place that is empty, attention moves very swiftly, very forcefully. The movement between planes has a very dynamic and vibrant tone to it. It is swiftly moving and dramatic. We’ll be taking advantage of this over the course of the retreat.

One of the other benefits of the desert retreat is that, because it is a place where there are very few human beings, the structure of the external and visible world and the structure of the internal and invisible world are almost equally apparent. So the interaction between the planes is also one of the qualities of meditation in the desert. I think you’ll find it very interesting. The desert has a drama to it. I went through a phase of doing retreats here in this facility a few years ago, and I’m familiar with the architecture of this area.

Whenever the use of the word power is involved, you’re dealing with the kundalini, the electrical force that is behind the throb of creation, the electrical force of the prana shakti, or the life force. It is that power that moves with great speed and intensity in the desert. So it’s important that you stay very aligned with your yogic principles and spiritual training. Stay grounded, stay aligned with the breath, stay aware of the presence of gravity, and become aware of how the assembly point of awareness moves between the four bodies of matter, energy, mind, and essence —the Atman, or supra-conscious.

As the consciousness moves, you’ll find that the poles between the crown of the head and the base of the spine become very dramatically impacted by the movement of light. This will be the place where the retreat actually occurs. You will feel the presence of spirit directly applied to your system, with a deep and swiftly moving tempo. The focus of the retreat will be one of internal and external speech, happening simultaneously.

It’s very important that once you enter retreat, you participate completely in the flow of retreat. It is very much like getting on a canoe and setting downstream. As we move downstream, it picks up speed. Because we’re dealing directly with light and power, there will be lots of very interesting and dramatic shifts in the water.

Meditation in the desert is very amazing. The division between the planes can be very transparent, and the opportunity is very available in this kind of setting to see the true face of the world. As you awaken, you step into a much more sophisticated universe than you first thought; the quality and sheer number of sentient beings are vastly greater.

The retreat is the opportunity to plunge within. We pick the time and place, and then generate concentrated spiritual force so that we may pass through the doorway into reality. The idea of retreat is a profound and simple one: sitting with yourself, removing the barriers and shadows between your awareness and your true nature. You come to the retreat with the intention to address your consciousness with focus and intensity on the truth that is present within you, as you. It’s very simple and very powerful. It is an opportunity.

Spiritual life is not a life of theory, it is a life of experience. As anybody who has cared to look knows, life takes place both in light and shadow. The desert has a way of clearing the way and generating insight. You learn something about yourself. The impact of spiritual power is like a strong wind. It is important to embrace the spirit of Bodhicitta — it keeps the mind and the heart balanced, and it keeps the body comfortable. Use your understanding of the human form — the system of the three rivers, ida pingala and sushumna, how the six seats of the chakras operate and the breath and the space between the breaths. To be involved in the dynamics of power and light requires relaxation, relaxation, relaxation. Hang loose. The nature of the medicine wheel and the nature of the desert bring a unique and special drama to the retreat.

KUNDALINI COURSE OF ACTION

This powerful formula was based on the Tantric Pranaya-ma (yogic breathing), aiming for spontaneous awakening of Kundalini, which symbolizes the Serpent Power without the lengthy meditation and the years of spiritual training.

The serpent is normally asleep while man is awake to the outside world, and is coiled up around the axis of the body. According to the Tantric texts, Kundalini is a mysterious psycho-spiritual force, a conceptual and practical mainstay of Tantra, which originally served as a road map to awaken the Kundalini power.

If it is uncoiled and raised to the thousand-petalled lotus at the crown of the head known as the seventh chakra, which represents spiritual unfolding, it obliterates the sense of individuation and floods the body with divine nectar, the Kula-amrita, thus allowing you to have inexplicable beatific state of experience. When Kundalini begins to ascend through the chakras, it brings increasing powers into play, until it reaches the highest point of total awareness and realization. To awaken and uncoil it is to break the ontological plane and attain the sacred center or enlightenment.

Relax as you do this and when you are ready, complete the breath control by slow exhalation of the air, using the same exhalation method in the initiatory stage of this breath control exercise. The ratio between the pre-exhalation, inhalation, retention, and the exhalation is 1:1:3:1. If the pre-exhalation and inhalation of the breath is 5 seconds, the retention of the breath is 15 seconds, and the final exhalation is 5 seconds. The retention of the breath can be extended up to your own limit then followed by exhalation.

Alchemists have known that the secret of power is concealed within the mid-point of this retention of the breath, which can charge the magnanimous universal energy. The key for the successful programming is depend on this energy. The more you are familiar with this technique, the more it draws abundance quickly into your life. By practicing this powerful technique (ABC) daily, you can attain regeneration of physical condition and appearance; you will soon escape into a new dimensional world of youth, beauty, and wisdom.

According to the Taoistic doctrine, “Ever desires, one sees the manifestation.” It is the secret Mana (golden bough) that can bring heaven on earth to create the object in your mind’s eye into vivid reality. St. Germain states, “Believe in yourself by believing in the universe and you are one. If the universe is the creator, then you will be the co-creator. You have a power to create anything you desire and you can transform to be who you want to be through awakening your greatest potential (the secret power of the universe).”

The Power of Kundalini Please welcome kundalini. Kundalini is a form of energy. It is primal energy, life-force energy, the energy of Shakti. The term kundalini is derived from the Sanskrit word kundal, meaning “coiled,” and is described in the Upanishads as well as Vedic and Tantric texts as early as the sixth century. Your kundalini — or Shakti energy is considered to be spiraled like a potent snake or sleeping goddess at the base of your spine, in your sacrum, at the “root” of your body, waiting to be awakened.

Many of those who work with kundalini energy see it as libidinal and instinctive, as well as spiritual. Some look at kundalini energy as a biological mechanism that links the activity of the reproductive system and the brain. Kundalini is considered to be in-dwelling, meaning it is only accessed through your body. Some go so far as to say that kundalini is an evolutionary impulse that can guide human beings toward greater consciousness and enlightenment, and that it has been referred to directly by many founders of major faiths, including Christ or Buddha.

Finally, when the awakened kundalini unites with Consciousness at sahasrara, the summit, the seeker enters the state of nirvikalpa samadhi Nirvikalpa samadhi is the ultimate state where the spiritual practitioner experiences Supreme Bliss and, in the words of Swami Vivekananda, “the full blaze of illumination, the perception of the Self’.

Yoga relates to the Hindu philosophy which tells us how to control our body and mind so that we can become united with the spirit of the universe. Yoga is also a system of exercises for our body, and for controlling our breathing, used for keeping ourselves fit and relaxed. Kundalini is regarded as the supreme yoga. Kundalini yoga is a discipline that deals with awakening the kundalini, a mysterious power or energy which normally lies dormant at the bottom of the spine, in every person. Those who master this discipline can awaken the kundalini power, cautiously, by certain yogic practices and then make it rise in a controlled manner along the sushumna channel to the highest chakra or center situated in the brain, called the sahasrara chakra. On its way to the sahasrara chakra, the kundalini power touches and activates the different centers. When this happens, the consciousness of the person, imprisoned in the physical body rises, step by step, and be-comes united with the Supreme Consciousness in the sahasrara.

When it rises, even a little, miracles happen. Great miracles happen as the Kundalini rises to each of the Chakras (energy centers).

Coming back to the power of prayers, when a person prays to the Supreme Divine with all his or her faith, it slightly arouses his Kundalini. That little rising may be still far below the second chakra, “Swadhisthana”. However, even that little rising of Kundalini gives such a power to the person that his wish (that caused the Kundalini to rise) is fulfilled. No logic of the world can stop the wish of a person with aroused Kundalini from unfulfilling. If prayer is not powerful, Kundalini wouldn’t rise at all.

Interesting fact is that this functionality of Kundalini doesn’t distinguish between, ‘noble’ and, ‘evil’ wishes. The wish of a person with aroused Kundalini will be fulfilled, whether that causes, ‘good’ or, ‘bad’ to anybody.

A person would do super human tasks as Kundalini rises. He can talk in several languages, he can read left and right pages of the book simultaneously, he can recite hundreds of page book after one reading, he can levitate (rise above the ground while sitting on meditation, negating law of gravitation), or he can even bring life back to a dead body.

Self-realization is the process of knowing our true nature; and living the true self in thoughts, words, and deeds. Self-realization is a process, and not an event. It is also called, God-realization. Self-realization is a process, and not an event.

Is Self-realization difficult? Self-Realization seems to be a difficult process because it’s a catch 22-process. The, ‘Self has to be set free from the BMI using the BMI itself. Theoretical wisdom has to be acquired for which, ‘Mind’ has to work. Practical knowledge has to be experienced for which intellect or ego has to be fully controlled. And to control, ‘mind’ and, ‘ego’ meditation would be needed for which, ‘body’ has to play a great role. In the entire process body, mind, and intellect will have to cooperate and balance greatly.

In Nirvikalpa Samadhi the BMI frees the, ‘Self, and then pulls back the ‘Self into the BMI exactly same as a Space shuttle is pushed out of Earth’s gravity, and pulled back into the gravity.
