When the Kundalini bursts through the final Chakra , Samadhi , ecstasy , is achieved . It is the gateway to freedom of the soul .

We can get caught in karmic whirlpools and despite the cycle of death and rebirth, still end up getting spiritually nowhere. Then, instead of being the creator of our karmas, we are created by them. Freedom from the bondage of karma allows the individual to grow, to evolve. Only those highly evolved adepts who are free from karma can leave their body consciously before death draws near.

A highly secret kept away from the masses is; the ego always need the past to survive, or it keeping mankind trapped and imprisoned in the lower worlds and in the wheel of karmas. This creates a negative magnetic field of energy and ego-mind is then fed by these vibrations and frequencies.

Yogis are said to leave the physical body through the top of the skull, the gateway along which kundalini, powerful pranic energy, passes.

Kundalini is said to nourish the tree of life in all humans and has been revered down through the ages as a seat of great power. As we grow in spirituality, Kundalini is awakened, rising up from the base of the spine, opening up the chakras and endowing the body with extraordinary health, energy and, of course, enlightenment. It has been said that a full kundalini awakening activates all past karma immediately leading to a profound restructuring of mind, body and spirit. In Latin, this part of the body is called ‘Os Sacrum’ suggesting that it is a holy or sacred area. The ancient Greeks called this bone the ‘Hieron Osteon’, noting that it was the last bone to be destroyed when the body was burnt. The Egyptians too considered it to be a seat of special power, while in the West, Sacrum is symbolized by the sign of Aquarius and the Holy Grail, container of the water of life itself.

The crown chakra allows for us to taste flickering oneness and be able to experience awareness outside of ourselves. It is the pivot point between the Self in physical form and the divine. The crown chakra is a door, a gateway. This gateway allows for us to leave the confines of conditioned reality and experience larger spiritual realities, such as oneness and the Void. The crown chakra is an initiation for us, a junction where we can decide if we would like to experience freedom and let go of the chains that remain around us. In a balanced state in which all of the other chakras have flow and are balanced, this gateway leads to progression of the awakened self, other dimensions, realities, universes, and more.

A diminished kundalini limits our intellect. We can only hold as much information as we can hold energy. Without kundalini we have neither a long-term nor a short-term memory. A limited short-term memory means nothing is stored. Consequently, when the kundalini flow is very diminished, trying to retrieve information from short-term memory is very difficult. The mind is a field; therefore, it is everywhere. It is a vast and complex data base composed of many smaller energies (bits) stored throughout the tissues of the body. It is the kundalini that allows a flow of energy to locate the information and bring that information up to the conscious level. Diminished kundalini also affects the heart. It inhibits circulation and breathing.

A limited kundalini restricts the warmth we feel toward others and the warmth and affection others feel toward us. In addition, it limits the awareness and expression of freedom in our lives. Without power, which originates in the kundalini, we have no sense of freedom, no awareness that it can be taken away and no ability to experience or express it in our day-to-day existence. Next, a diminished kundalini inhibits the throat. No zip, no zing, no voice. No projection. The voice could be considered the kundalini for the spiritual center.

The lower three centers, the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, are replicated in a way in the upper three centers, with the voice being the physical aspect of the spiritual world. In all creation myths sound or the voice or the word calls the earth into being. It is the kundalini that carries us from the three-dimensional world into the next dimension.

Once we enter the spiritual world, the kundalini manifests first as sound (fifth chakra) and then as light (sixth chakra). If there is little kundalini, there is little imagery, little visualization, lack of creativity and inspiration, and no sense of the future. Finally and most importantly the last thing inhibited by diminished kundalini is the ability to move beyond physical reality through sleep, trance, or other altered states. The crown chakra can be considered the gateway to the other world.

The final destination is the Crown. Kundalini ascends up the Golden cord from the third eye as a singular force to awaken one into a state of supreme consciousness. Opening crown is called the unfolding of the thousand petaled lotus. This is the highest goal of Kundalini Yoga, and any spiritual practice. To attain this connection is to achieve the natural state of bliss which washes away all negativity and leads to a live of profound peace and joy which flows with incredible grace, ease and synchronicity.

The yogi attains freedom from worldly desires and the energy is now directed to higher planes and to the “gate way of liberation.” The aspirant now understands the real meaning of yoga—the Divine Union. With increased concentration and peace of mind, the yogi can see the past and present, and anticipate the future. False ambition’s are removed, clear discrimination shows what should be done and what should be avoided, increased awareness shows that we are the products of our own desires and ignorance, and one is full of compassion and mercy towards all, willing to take greater responsibilities in the world with a clear mind.

Here we meditate on our personal power, our vigilance to be strong and true to ourselves and what serves us best on our journey. We find the strength of will and determination to make clear decisions and to commit to them. When we are strong in our Manipura, nothing can stand in our way. Fill the whole body up from all that power in your navel, the more you meditate here, and especially if you practice powerful Yoga techniques such as Kundalini Yoga, the more you will begin to feel a pulse here. There is no end to the power you can and will receive as you meditate here; this power is your birthright, to move away from feeling life a victim to circumstance to feeling like you are on a path of destiny.

The next destination our Kundalini twin serpent takes is into the Heart Chakra, known as Anahata in Sanskrit. This brings us into the quality of air and love. You may visualize a ball made of a beautiful, shining emerald green as you meditate and breathe into the center of your chest. You may find it useful to chant either silently or out loud the mantra Tam’ as you feel into the chakra. Love is a word with many associations, but we are talking about the love here that is free of any attachments to people, events or things. We are talking about a place of compassion and forgiveness. Essentially it points to our natural state of being before life got complicated.

Can you remember the state of unconditional love you had for all people and things, before you got let down, before you learned not to fully mist love. Love is trustworthy, as it is always there; it is the one thing that you can rely on to be uncovered when we strip away past identifications. Meditation on this chakra is the gateway into freedom; it shows us the doorway back into our true nature. Now our Kundalini Life Force leaves the temple of the heart and begins to journey on the road less travelled into the higher centers.

Here we tap into the higher aspects of our intuition, our ability to know things beyond our intellectual understanding. Here you may meditate on visioning; daring to see from a higher perspective what is blocking you in the other lower chakras, much like a lighthouse shines the light on the dark seas below. Here you may dare to see yourself with a new way of being in the world, without fear and doubt, achieving everything you set your mind on.

Awakening the Divine Within: Kundalini—The Gateway to Freedom

If people would go within and use their God-given power, the negativity would have to retreat because nothing can stand against the power of unconditional love and Kundalini Me heart chakra is the pivotal point in our spiritual development. The love generated here is the most powerful energy on the face of the earth—absolutely the most powerful. And when that heart chakra is awakened, the love force gains enough momentum to open the channel between the heart and the head chakras, and eventually to the Sahasrara, the Thousand-Petaled Lotus above the head.

By the time the Kundalini gets to the heart chakra it has harnessed and incorporated the unconditional love of the second chakra, which has eliminated most of our tendency to judge. This combination of forces allows us to recognize and to understand the confusion of the world, and to realize that we are not powerless–that we have the energy of the universe at our disposal actually from within our own being.

The treasure lies in really believing, in really knowing that potentially we have the power of the universe within us, and that we can individually bring about changes. We can talk about miracles and the God-within, but our finite mind needs specifics. We need to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the power is already within us. We must know that, vehemently as we have denied it, it is still there, and that by acknowledging it we can take the energy of the earth and move it from chakra to chakra until the heart opens.

We must refine our own energy until it matches the higher states of consciousness. If we don’t do that we will continue to experience a sense of frustration, of being the abandoned child that has to survive on its own, not realizing that its most powerful tool is within itself.

Our entire energy system moves into the heart chakra, and from there on we are working with the levels of consciousness represented by these higher realms. It’s like moving from the basement of our house to the attic, except that when we are operating from that heart chakra, the attic has no ceiling. The possibilities at those higher states of consciousness are endless.

The Kundalini Rising is part of a conscious evolutionary step. During Kundalini Rising, all spiritual and energy processing centers of the body are re-energized. This often opens the doors to formerly unrecognized talents and abilities, as well as the ability to achieve a greater connectedness to others. In Hindu tradition, the Kundalini is the serpent goddess that travels from the root chakra to the crown, piercing each energy center along the way.

At some point during this process, the Kundalini energy reaches the Heart Chakra, which is the midpoint between the three lower chakras and the three higher chakras. If there have been energy blockages in the area of the Heart Center, the Kundalini energy will infuse them with new energy and blow the blockages apart. This is much like blowing an electrical circuit breaker. The Heart Center then begins to open up like the blossoming of a flower. The Heart Energy radiates out ward and upward. For some people this is a gradual process. For others it happens very fast. When it occurs rapidly, it can take a while for a person to adjust to the new energy.

During Kundalini Rising, the heart center can open up with tremendous volume and can cause life-changing events to take place. On the negative side, those with blocked heart energies are often subject to heart problems, sometimes resulting in a need for medical intervention, or so serious as to cause heart attack. Working with the heart center to help balance all the upper and lower Chakras is a good way to facilitate clearing blockages and promote a healthy energy flow.

The rising of Kundalini energies from the root chakra up the spine encounters the energies of the fourth chakra as well as any blockages that reside there. The blockages in each chakra are opened up since they cannot withstand the direct power of the Kundalini energies. This rising of the Kundalini and the opening up of the Heart Chakra energy blockages is usually associated with some major trauma or major energy shift in a person’s life. A traumatic or energetic event can trigger a Kundalini rise, and once started, the Kundalini can spark further energetic shifts as it moves up through the system. Such precipitating traumatic events or energy shifts can include the death of a loved one, a serious accident, a divorce, an encounter with a powerful spiritual healer, or other forces.

This new energy of the heart also affects our physiology and creates new brain pathways, giving us greater access to subtle energy centers in the body and greater access to our inherent creativities. New talents can emerge and often do. New goals begin to replace older, more third chakra centric goals. This transformation can wreak havoc in a person’s life as it will turn relationships upside down. Personal relationships, work relationships and love relationships will be affected. Some relationships will be transformed, others will end and new ones begin. This is a time of tremendous change and growth. The speed and power of these changes can be unsettling for the person involved and for those around him or her. Most people do not recognize a spiritual awakening of these energies and only perceive the shift in third chakra energies into something else as a change, sometimes unsettling, sometimes mysterious, often frightening.

Whereas the vibrations of love energy represents wholeness and unity, the vibration of fear makes the universe around us appear unsafe. However, in a larger sense the energy of the universe is us. When we fear the universe or feel uncertain of our position in it, we cut ourselves off from the larger part of ourselves. The vibration of fear is a separation from the whole. Fear is a step backwards from unity consciousness.

“One of the attributes of the new energy will be the absence of fear-based decision making…. Once the truth is known and the path validated, fear will cease to be a player in everyday life… This is indeed the Alchemy of the human spirit! Going from fear to Love is the Alchemy process….”

“Fear-based decisions will bring poor results in the new energy… over and over. Love-based decisions will elevate a person into new areas of discovery. Therefore the evolving human (who takes responsibility for all that happens to him) may try both, but it won’t be long be-fore the results speak for themselves and the fear-based decisions are discarded.”

“Note this, I speak of Freedom not petty freewill. There is a God of difference.” It is the petty freewill, the foolish likes and dislikes (Facebook, Twitter and so on) of mankind which have imprisoned him. While he is ruled by these, he cannot know Freedom. He must be prepared to give up his petty freewill in order to know Freedom.

Likes and dislikes is a design that continues keep the human mind in a state of Duality. This is what´s keeping the EGO alive and fed.

It’s said that the kundalini energy is responsible for showing you what you are truly capable of – your true potential. It forces you to face your fears and connect to the faith in your heart.

The average intelligent citizen, predominately controlled by his or her lower nature, has already dissipated the two lowest webs, leaving the higher webs still intact. The first initiation corresponds to opening the web lying between the solar plexus and heart chakra, which allows the kundalini energy to reach and stimulate the heart chakra. The second initiation corresponds to opening the web lying between the heart chakra and throat chakra, enabling the kundalini energy to reach and stimulate the throat, brow, and crown chakras. Before the third initiation, the kundalini is regarded as “sleeping,” even though this energy may be actively stimulating the higher chakras. The third initiation corresponds to opening the web lying between the throat chakra and brow chakra, enabling the fire of manas to reach and stimulate the brow and crown chakras. Afterward, the three fires of matter, manas, and spirit can be unified in the basic chakra and then be raised up through the threefold spine to stimulate further the higher chakras. This union of the three fires is sometimes called the “awakened” kundalini.

The natural or proper place of the kundalini (soul-power) is at the very top of the brain; when it is in this position the yogin is in the state of union with the divine.

Since ancient times, the importance of “sacral vertebrae” has been emphasized in the practice of spirituality. Sacral vertebrae are related to the awakening of Kundalini in the bottom chakra. When the abundant life energy (Kundalini) is awakened, the energy starts to flow upward. However, to carry out the mystery of life, you have to start from “love” in the heart chakra. A very interesting rule in the universe is that, if you want to gain greater power, you have to “love,” or you’ll never enter the narrow door of eternal life. After having gained this power, how will you use it? The universe is fair. If you want to use the power on yourself to become five candles that light up only yourself, the universe will give you the energy of five candles; if you want to light up 500 kilometers around you and become a 50,000-watt light, the universe will give you the electricity of 50,000 watts. It is not God’s differentiation, but your inner will. The power provided by the universe dependents on how many people you want to light up.

The Secret Power of Kundalini Yoga The power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual experience. It goes right into your heart and extends your consciousness so you may have a wider horizon of grace and of knowing the truth. Ultimately you come to understand your existence in relationship to the universe and understand that you already are, and this brings you to the practical experience of infinity. You can then radiate creativity and infinity in all aspects of your daily life.
