Sacred fire – We must learn to awaken at the level of the soul and the spiritual heart, as beings of consciousness seeking immortality through many bodies and many births. We must arise to our Divine mission of Self-realization, not just for our individual needs, but also for the evolution of life and consciousness in the world of nature. Agni is not just the ignorant soul, which is its inferior status, but the indwelling Divine presence within us, our inner guide, guru, and Divine connection.

The Kundalini fire that lies as the coiled serpent in the base-of-the-spine chakra and rises through spiritual purity and self-mastery to the crown chakra, quickening the spiritual centers on the way. God, light, life, energy, the I AM THAT I AM. “Our God is a consuming fire” (Heb. 12:29). The sacred fire is the precipitation of the Holy Ghost for the baptism of souls, for purification, for alchemy and transmutation, and for the realization of the ascension, the sacred ritual whereby the soul returns to the One.

In the West, the Kundalini has been symbolized in the caduceus, a staff of two intertwined snakes topped by a pair of wings. The Greek god Hermes is shown holding this staff, and physicians have adopted it as their symbol. Samadhi. (Sanskrit, literally “putting together”: “uniting”) In Hinduism, a state of profound concentration or absorption resulting in perfect union with God; the highest state of yoga. In Buddhism, samadhis are numerous modes of concentration believed to ultimately result in higher spiritual powers and the attainment of enlightenment, or nirvana.

Transfiguration. An initiation on the path of the ascension that takes place when the initiate has attained a certain balance and expansion of the threefold flame. Jesus’ transfiguration is described in Matthew 17:1-8.

The kundalints awakening marks the beginning of the yogin’s own withdrawal into his yogic sleep or trance, into the total integration that is samadbi. In this light, we can see that in the universal scheme of things, the great yogin, be he named Siva or Visnu, ultimately “awakens”—pours himself out into mundane being of which the sleeping kundalini is the end- or turning-point—in order that human yogins might find a way to genuinely “fall asleep,” i.e., enter into the yogic sleep of sanuldhi.

On the microcosmic level, this yogic reintegration affords liberation and bliss; on the macrocosmic level, it is nothing other than the pralaya, the universal resorption of all mundane existence into the primal and primordial essence that is the Absolute, God. These two poles of the hagdalies mode of being–sleeping and waking, taking and giving pleasure, allowing the body to be consumed by the fire of time and consuming the fire of time—these mundane and transcendent poles are identified as her “poison” and her “nectar.”

“The kundalini is poison when she remains asleep in the lower abdomen; she is nectar pre-cisely when she rises up through the medial channel of the subtle body to reunite with Siva, the Absolute, in the yogin’s cranial vault.’6 In the hatha-yogic sources, this union is in fact accompanied by an outpouring of nectar, which renders the yogin immortal.

Like the supreme yogic god Siva, the hathayugin is himself capable—through his raising of the kundalna-of transmuting poisons into nectar. More properly speaking, that which is poison for mere mortals is, for the yogin who has realized, through his practice, a divine “identity in differ-ence” view of reality, identical to nectar, amrita”.

We must learn to sublimate our inner life fire from an animal to a Divine level. This is not to suppress it or try to put it out but to take it to a higher level of manifestation. It requires the fire of austerity and simplicity (tapas), recasting the base metal of our lower humanity into the pure gold of the enlightened nature. This is the alchemical yogic fire. In this process, a new form of the Divine fire. the Kundalini force, which is a higher aspect of the Pranic fire, arises from the base of the spine and carries our consciousness upwards out the top of the head, and into the higher consciousness beyond all time and space.

Through the process of Yoga, the individual soul can expand into the universal soul which is its inherent potential and the real goal of our journey through the kingdoms of nature. In Vedic thought, the individual soul is called “Agni Jatavedas,” the knower of all births.

We must learn to awaken at the level of the soul and the spiritual heart, as beings of consciousness seeking immortality through many bodies and many births.

The first centre creates in you ego ignorance. Ignorance is created out of earth. And the second centre creates all the sensual desires, and the third centre creates desires for hunger, wealth and greed. Thus, the three lower chakras (root, pelvic, and navel) are concerned with material life and bodily survival. The upper chakras (throat, third eye, and crown) deal with spiritual life and higher creative expression. The key that unlocks this entire system is the middle chakra—heart chakra.

Self), and that the goal of life, viz., Self-realisation is attained by negating the five sheaths and piercing the veil of ignorance. When the spiritual center or Rudragranthi is pierced ignorance is removed and the Self is attained, bringing a permanent sensation of bliss.

The Kundalini travels from the lowest centre to the highest centre. All the chakras are opened simultaneously. But many things happen at the, second and third centre. Ego is broken when the Kundalini is active and the Muladhara Chakra is pierced. But then the second and third chakra create quite a few problems, and they create these problems for quite a few months or even years.

But since the Guru is holding the Kundalini from the Trikuti and controlling it from this place, the man will never go wrong. Even after falling again and again he will come up. Things will keep on improving. And when he crosses the third centre, many of his problems will go, peace will emerge, stability will come, and a happy state will be there. So one can see that now those problems have gone because one’s attachment with the outer objects (to a larger extent) has vanished.

The Kundalini is the chariot—and he is leading you towards victory by going through various mental forces.

People in whom Kundalini has become active, cannot be defeated because the battle-cry is being raised by the Lord Himself against the enemies. Your enemies are very strong. So understand all these things at the inner level which is happening here and now in everyone and you have to win this battle. Till you win this battle, the hope and faith is weak. You may become anything in the outside world: a rich man or an officer or an educationist or a politician. It is no solution to your problems.

So where is the problem? The higher path is difficult. Lower paths are very easy. In the higher path you have to struggle with your mind. You have to put your attention forcibly, then your interest will come. In lower path interest is already there: attention will automatically be there. If you want to become a big mathematician, you will have to put your attention first forcibly: then you will learn it. If you want to become a big scientist even, you have to put your attention there and work very hard. But in the lower path of wealth and lust, attention and interest are already there. You are thinking about them all the time. About God you are never thinking!

All shocks come from Maya , not from Shiva . So we are searching freedom from all the three : ignorance , desires and karmas . The Kundalini is a fire which will be pervaded by all the forces of the kundalini fire; and they will provide the substance for the next root race.

Detachment from your own body means destruction of the ego.

At every centre of consciousness a lotus opens up. Somewhere this lotus flower has four petals, some six petals then 10 petals, then 12 petals and 14 petals, and in that Trikuti there are only two petals, but at the Brahma-Randhra, there are one thousand petals which means full bliss. So when you reach there, you enjoy the bliss of Samadhi. This Kundalini takes you from the third stage to the second stage, and then takes you to the first stage where you know, ‘I am light’. But that’s why—because it takes you from the third to second stage—you have to suffer a bit in Kundalini, sometimes.

It is called “Initiation by Piercing.” Awakening the reflective awareness of this process by an intense descent of empowering grace—shaktipat—the initiate experiences the Goddess Kundalini rising through the chakras, piercing through them as She goes. In this way She burns up the impurities and ignorance that sully and condition consciousness through a process appropriately called “The Purification of the Elements.” Ideally, this takes place just by the gracious look of the teacher, or by a touch, or just a thought.

There is three aspects of the one Goddess who embodies the triadic energy of Kundalini. This is the common basic initiation. The direct awakening of Kundalini in the Initiation by Piercing is the higher initiation and is considered to be the most excellent.

The Kundalini , which thereupon rises up through the hollow mystic path of Susumna, piercing its bottom, which is closed in the state of ignorance.

A form of Yoga close to Hatha Yoga, which emphasizes the awakening and rising of the kundalini, is Siddha Yoga.34 It stresses the importance of being led by a guru’s and to rely on his or her power for spiritual awakening. Un-like in Hatha Yoga, in which the practitioner’s effort is intense, and the guru only serves as a mentor, in Siddha Yoga, it is the master who triggers the awakening of kundalini. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika affirms of this option: When the kundalini is sleeping it will be aroused by the grace of the guru.

Then all the chakras and knots are pierced and prana flows through the royal road of sushumna. The mind is released from its work and the yogi conquers death.’ The “grace” received from the guru is different from what Christians mean by grace. It is the power given by the guru either by revealing a se-cret mantra, by a touch on the forehead (the place of the ajna chakra), or even by a simple glance. The act of initiation itself, said to be a transfer of spiritual energy from master to disciple, is called Shaktipat. Disciples have experienced intense physical manifestations occurring at the awakening and rising of kundalini through the “grace” of the master.

Kundalini is also the basis for the attain-ment of a higher state of consciousness. The kundalini energy can be concentrated in the brain to produce enlightenment and genius—higher mental perception. Its potency is our potential. Such a state, if widely attained, could mean a new species of humanity, a higher human race. Thus, kundalini, the bridge between mind and matter, can be the evolutionary cause of creation as well as procreation. It is the evolutionary energy and mechanism operating in the human race.

First of all, the word kundalini (feminine gender) literally means. “the cud of the lock of hair of the beloved.” It is a metaphor, a poetic way of describing the flow of energy and consciousness which already exists within each one of us. Since ancient times, sacred truths have been hidden from the common man by using symbols and metaphors to pass along the knowledge. Have you ever noticed the symbol printed on the prescription )you get from your doctor? It’s call a ”Caduceus.- It represents the flow of kundalini energy.

This ancient symbol of the medical pro. knot shows two serpents intertwined around a staff. But, kundahni is not snakes! It’s just that in mythology and folklore, serpents are often associated with wisdom, and the route the kundalini energy trav-els as it goes up and down the spine is serpentine. The Caduceus repre-sents the rising of the kunduni energy through two nerve channels that intertwine around the central nerve of the spinal column.

These two nerves act as main conductors. One of them is called the Ida, the other, the Pingala. Each of them makes two and one-half turns around the central col-umn of the spine (Shushmana), as they spiral upwards from the base of the spine. The kundalini energy they carry feeds the entire nervous system. The Ida and the Pingala conduct the basic positive and negative, solar and lunar energies of the body. The Ida, the nerve which ends at the left nostril, brings in the cooling, soothing, mind-expanding energy of the moon. The Pingala, ending in the right nostril, brings on the stimulating, energizing, heating energy of the sun.

In addition to the kundalini energy which is already flowing in us, there is a vast reservoir of untapped, or ‘dormant” kuncialm ni stored under the fourth vertebra of the spinal column. Through the practice of Kundahni Yoga, we stimulate and release this unused kundalini energy, and allow it (it is never forced) to rise up the central column of the spine until it reaches the top of the skull, activating the secretion of the pineal gland. This brings about a major change of consciousness. When this energy returns down the Ida and Pingala and activates and balances the various energy centers, there is a major change in the person’s life. Although there are cases of the kundalini rising sponta-neously, without purposeful spiritual practice, your reservoir of kundalini ener-gy usually remains dormant throughout your entire life. It’s like having a rac-ing car and never getting out of first gear!

The yogin with purified body holds in store what has been transformed into divine nectar; in order to pour it forth, he draws from this receptacle of ambrosia which, like the ocean, never increases nor decreases. Thus Kundalini appears as a reservoir of energy, either when remaining concealed in the human body or when, regaining her conscious essence, she vitalizes the tendencies and directs them toward the universal. In this way she becomes a basis for the man-ifold techniques of yoga and for the highest mystical experiences. But as a serpent and guardian of the greatest of all trea-sures—immortality—Kunclalini calls to mind the ancient serpent of the depths,

“Are all-pervading and spread out to the entire universe”.

However, what allows us to mention the mythic serpent in relation to Kundalini is the adoption of this symbol within the Saiva system itself. As we shall see, in the highest of the initiations by piercing, that which is precisely called “of the serpent” (bhujangavedha),s the energy ascends with lightning speed to the top of the head and blossoms into bliss in the form of a fivefold-hooded cobra intensely vibrating with life. Thus outstretched above the head, he symbolizes the cosmic dvadaganta; all of the yogin’s energies, at this stage, are all-pervading and spread out to the entire universe.

Those who are satvik are reborn as seekers, till their enlightenment. Thereafter, they live in the collective consciousness.

Satvik knowledge is what you feel on the central nervous system after kundalini awakening. When this knowledge expands, you see the existence of the all-pervading power of God, the principle of everything which widens the horizon and takes you across limitless shores through which you can experience a unity in everything, despite immense diversity of form. Such a penetrative perception requires great lucidity.

A pot of clay appears different from the earth. Its form gives it the appearance of a separate identity. But in essence the pot is the same as the earth. The man of Satvik understanding see this unity in all apparent divisions. After kundalini awakening the living principle of creativity emits from the point of the spirit in all directions in an integrated way, supporting and sustaining each other. It spreads to all sides radiating the power of the central point of the spirit which is connected to God Almighty—the all-pervading organism.

Then one works according to the desires of our living force. It synthesises everything. Thus a man of Satvik understanding is not deceived by appearances. He feels the integration of all religions. the hearts are united though the bodies are apart. On the surface everything appears to be divided but deep down it is united in its source.

The knower is the Self; ultimately the God Almighty. The unmanifest knowledge is the kundalini; ultimately the primordial kundalini—th° desire of God. When both of these unite then the subtle all pervading power of God’s ‘desire’ becomes the power of love (rutembra—pragya).* This is the manifestation of the Divine power. This power manifests all living and non-living, moving and unmoving, gross and subtle—the entire universe.

“Your refusal to fight is due to the delusion born of the ego. Such resolve is in vain. Your nature will compel you”.

The purity of the self and detachement from acquisition or preservation. However, people are mostly busy trying to obtain things, or anxious about losing them. Become free from both the urges, born of the survival instinct.

Live freely without being haunted by the urge to hoard. The desire to accumulate always arises from insecurity or greed; it is a refugees trait. But we are no longer refugees, let us drop the complex of insecurity and its related shadows that envelop the mind. Acept the things as they come, without worrying. Insecurity arises out of ignorance

Nature spontaneously works into the future—squirrels store nuts for the winter and trees conserve energy in winter. When the season changes, nature parts with its stores—the trees shed their leaves. Human beings have to learn the art of maintaining a balance; when to conserve and when to shed and share, with the mind detached from aquisition and preservation.

It is hard for a human being to surrender to Divine incarnation or even accept the proposition ofan incarnation. On the other hand, human mind can be easily mesmerised and impressed by ego pampering or ego appeal.

Today, doubt and mind projections heavily weigh the human psyche. The inertia is now gathering momentum to throw it all out. However, the resultant is a blind swing to the opposite that is reflected by anti-establishment.

In reality the task is easier (Sahaja). Surrender all effort and its reward to the Great Cosmic Force. Leave all problems and solutions to It. It is wise, It knows, for It is the eternal source. It is the mother of creation and caused all things to be. How can we know better, we who are not even the tiny dots on the sands of time. The mind that tries to solve the effect by trying to solve the cause swings like a pendulum between cause and effect. If we surrender ourselves to the Divine we transcend the area of cause itself, and the effect also loses its existence.

The eternal quest of the man has caught fire, now it has to be quenched. The Divine Guru has no choice but to lead him on.

The secret of secrtes; Whatever that is known is through the ego either as emotions (conditioning) or the senses. After realisation the ego disappears and, hence, one cannot know through it. Simultaneously, the senses become enlightened, they start knowing about themselves and others. In this state the intelligence becomes knowledge, the ego dissolves in true knowledge and the senses dissolve into Truth. Hence rapport is established with Truth and the quantum of vibrations res-pond instantly in the negative or positive. For example. when one

“God is infinite. You don’t have to count its aspects. You want to enjoy Him. The wise simply eat the fruit, they do not count the leaves, roots and

⦁ When you try to seek the Truth you have to become the Truth
⦁ When you try to seek the Knowledge you have to become the Knowledge
⦁ When you try to seek God you have to become God.

He is truly my inner Self , whose light is spread throughout the entire universe . … gaining the realization about your own Self, the One who lives within all, pervades the entire universe.

As the corresponding centres are awakened , the Kundalini spreads and saturates the whole body in the form of ultra – subtle pranic energy . A vibratory stirring is experienced which totally overtakes the waking consciousness.

The world is not negated or abolished , rather , each atom of the universe is filled with the all pervasive power of bliss of awareness. The cosmic play of Kundalini Shakti is sustained through such exteriorisation of the referential world into unity.

That supreme subtle energy, Kurt-dalini, joins with Siva in a unifying friction of mutual delight, and then rises and assumes the form of the energies of will, knowl-edge and activity. “The merging, that of the couple Siva and Sakti, is the energy of bliss ,

A) wherefrom the entire universe comes into being: a reality beyond the supreme and the nonsu-preme, it is called Goddess, essence and (glorious) Heart: this is the emission, the supreme Lord”. According to the gloss, the unifying friction is a surging forth, a vibration, a blissful energy originating the universal flow. At this stage Siva and the energy appear to be distinct: Siva is transcendent in relation to the universe, while the energy remains im-manent, without her plenitude being diminished.

The church is defined as both the ‘body of Christ’ and ‘the bride of Christ’ and thus identifies with the union of Shiva and Shakti. It´s the same process, and represents the marriage between Heaven and Earth.

According to Hindu philosophy, the veil of illusion, called Maya, lies over reality in order to lead us to believe that the world is real. Only this way we can identify with our physical body and act in the material world. If we were to regard the material creation as a divine play, what it actually is, we would lack of any motivation to act. Out of this illusion and the desire to experience the material world and to enjoy its pleasures, the attachment to this world arises. This attachment [7] creates out of our true Self (Purusha) a wrong I (Ahamkara).

Kundalini is a force originating from Shiva and opposing to attachment. Whereas attachment is based on the concentration of the attention on an object and complying with the principle of attraction, Kundalini embodies the principle of dissolution. When Kundalini is roused, the entanglement with the material world dissolves and, at an advanced stage, Ahamkara (the wrong I) dissolves gradually as well. This is a destructive process that may proceed very painfully—not only psychologically but also physically. The entire physiology of the body alters.

If the meditating person allows a further increase of Kundalini’s intensity by deliberately neglecting all exercises and rituals that limit the intensity, Kundalini passes out of the Sushumna at a certain kind of strength, directly flooding the body and circumventing the Nadis, which are now becoming unnecessary. Furthermore, amalgamation processes happen, at which end Shakti and Kundalini ultimately merge—Kundalini-Shakti evolves. Now, Shakti controls the Kundalini, which becomes a conscious divine force with its own consciousness, guiding the adept into the light and eliminating all obstacles on this path. However, at this point Kundalini consists of such intensity that it is unbearable for any normal nerve system. Therefore, only a spiritual master is able to reach this step.

Normally, we only know three changing states of consciousness—waking, sleeping and dreaming. There is, however, another fourth, unchanging state of consciousness that can only be experienced in deep meditation. In India this is called Samadhi. The meditating person rests within his Self. That means unlimited bliss. Here no space, no time exists, only eternal present. It is not a state that is experienced—the meditating person IS THAT.

Samadhi occurs as the fourth state of consciousness, separated from the other three states (waking, sleeping, dreaming). After sometime this separation dissolves and Samadhi remains while one is awake, sleeps or dreams. This state is called Nirvikalpa Samadhi, which is equated with enlightenment in the western civilisation. The yogi is always grounded in the Self. He is at one with the Source of Light, the divine source.

The awakening of Kundalini is defined in Indian teaching as the merging of the cold energy of the Ida-Nadi with the hot energy of the Pingala-Nadi in the Sushumna. Thereafter, Ida and Pingala, the two channels on the left and right of the spine, die back because they have become functionless. Then only the merged energy rises in the middle channel, the Sushumna. Indeed, this perspective describes the phenomena perceived during meditation, however, not their causes. In reality, Kundalini does not “come into existence” in the merging of Ida and Pingala and does not rest as a coiled serpent on the base of the spine. Kundalini is always there, but in another “aggregate state.”

In its diffused shape it forms what we referred to as “spiritual Prana” in the previous chapters. This diffuse Kundalini pervades the entire universe in a very subtle spiritual level and enters through the first chakra, the Root Chakra, into our body. By means of Ahamkara [1], our false I, a transformation happens there as the diffuse Kundalini, absorbed from outside, adopts two different aggregate states. This process is controlled by the sectors 7-12 of the seventh chakra. [2] The part that is strongly bound to attachment rises in the form of cold energy in the Ida-Nadi on the left side of the spine. The other part that is relatively free of attachment rises in the form of hot energy in the Pingala-Nadi on the right side.

Energy and consciousness-moves in spiraling motion – coils -loops

Kundalini is also the basis for the attain-ment of a higher state of consciousness. The kundalini energy can be concentrated in the brain to produce enlightenment and genius—higher mental perception. Its potency is our potential. Such a state, if widely attained, could mean a new species of humanity, a higher human race. Thus, kundalini, the bridge between mind and matter, can be the evolutionary cause of creation as well as procreation. It is the evolutionary energy and mechanism operating in the human race.

When you see a bright white light in your brain, or a tunnel, you know you are in theta and can quickly reprogram the brain for health and wholeness. The whole brain is greater than the sum of its parts, and the brain is a constantly interacting system within itself. The whole brain is greater than the sum of its parts, where the whole is the internal and infinite world and the parts is the finite and external world. Kundalini seeking wholeness- The whole means that nothing can be added to it, ant the zero or emptiness means that nothing can be deducted from it. There is no way of going any farther from the absolute, and there is no possibility of plunging deeper than the deepest void. You cannot divide either the whole or the void into parts; they are indivisible. And the whole cannot be bounded

Man’s mind is not limited by his physical body, although he usually thinks it is. But it is the intellect and the ego that bind him there. Theta brain-wave state that connects him with a higher god-source power and bring enormous transformation, conscious access to it. Your greater capacity exists in such subtle energy of self that you can only know it in this relaxed theta state.

The Alpha state is one which time and space barriers become fluid, and intuition as also psychic functioning become possible.

Moving into the Alpha state through meditation can open the a door to creativity, intuition, and a space of limitless possibility.

An alpha/theta state, as you now know, is simply a superlearning, super receptive state of mind, in which the brain will program at a much faster rate. Now that your mind is ready, you can develop many ways to program what you desire.

This work of new connections building new parthways, it´s healing the evolutionary brain, unite opposite energies to oneness, breaking up the design or concept of duality (parts) and rearrange its parts into wholeness, and through synthesis it expand the limit consciousness to unlimited cosmic consciousness, and through this process more and more new dna strands is been activated from the slumbering state of consciousness.

Alpha and Theta waves – is generally considered to be a super-learning state, as this is when the brain is most receptive, most easily programmed. Getting to that state requires into a relaxed position or meditation.

Theta is the state in which “super learning” takes place.

Training your brain to generate Theta activity for a few minutes each day has enormous benefits, including boosting the immune system.

Researchers have discovered that people who enter the “theta state” acquire super-receptivity to new information.

Psychologists and neurologists now believe the mind uses this ‘Theta Window’ for psychological and physiological programming.

It is the relaxed body-mind state, and strong belief in one’s power that leads to superlearning and super achievements.

Theta waves also unlock the door to the unconscious mind and may produce spiritual bliss during meditation.

The meaning of unlock the door to the unconscious mind also means veil going down and one can experience present time and now through the “Alpha State”.

The alpha state is also associated with creativity and receptive ‘super-learning’, where the brain learns at a faster and deeper level than it does in beta. In fact it is very easy to absorb and store information when in a relaxed alpha state. More serotonin is released, aiding in regulation of learning, moods and restfulness. Most meditation and healing methods utilise an alpha brain wave for relaxation, transformation and attaining deeper states of awareness.

Theta is the border between the conscious and the subconscious world, so by learning to use a conscious, waking theta brain wave, we can access and influence the powerful subconscious part of ourselves that is normally inaccessible to our waking minds.

This is a significant factor behind the powerful effect of hypnosis, and the primary reason it works for conditions most people find difficult to resolve through their own conscious means. while in the theta state, the mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing, transformation (such as cognitive re-appraisal) and growth.

In this state, the parasympathetic nervous system response is more stable and the ability to overcome bias may be greatly improved.” This is also the brain wave in which our minds can connect to the ‘divine’ or super-conscious Self to access greater insights and transcendental states.

Delta brain waves, measured at less than 4 Hz, are primarily known as the brain state of deep sleep and unconsciousness. However, this state also corresponds with some of the deepest meditation states such as nirvikalpa-samadhi, a state of pure awareness in which identification with the “Ego” has dissolved, and there is no mind; there is only infinite peace and bliss.

The art of meditation teaches that it is not only possible to control our thoughts, but to learn to transcend them completely. Through meditation we can bring our unruly minds under control. By mastering our own minds we immediately attain a new level of empowerment. Not only does this liberate us from feelings of failure or inability, it brings peace of mind and enables us to achieve our greatest potential.

Spending 15 minutes quieting the mind and focusing on the present moment makes us more relaxed and effective decision makers. Meditation techniques adjust our physiology in ways that directly reduce stress.

Slowing down brain wave activity and adjusting brain chemistry increases serotonin levels, positively influencing mood and behaviour, and switches on endorphins, easing the nervous system and improving healing responses.

In fact it is proven that meditation stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, creating significant positive physiological and emotional changes. Stress, on the other hand, activates the sympathetic nervous system and triggers an ongoing flow of cortisol into the blood stream,’ diminishing immune system function and inhibiting neurogenesis.

Chronic stress causes the body to adopt a defensive mode and also results in perceptual, cognitive and emotional impairment. To change this we must be able to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which allows for renewal.

By activating the parasympathetic nervous system through meditation, you feel warmer, your blood pressure and pulse rate drop, and your breathing slows down and gets deeper. You also engage your immune system to its fullest capability.

Your body rebuilds itself neurologically and you become healthier and more open to new ideas, emotions, people and situations (especially if they are different). You also become more open to learning, adaptation and change.

There is a great power in one-pointed concentration.

Our energy becomes focussed and harnessed rather than dissipated. With concentration we can do more in less time, and do it more efficiently and with better results. Through meditation we gradually improve our powers of concentration, which can be used positively in every area of our lives. Increased brain wave coherence is also developed. Greater communication between the two brain hemispheres increases one’s perceptual ability and motor performance, supports the growth of higher intelligence, and slows down mental aging.

Through meditation we gain a new perspective on life, untainted by our own egoistic perspective. We also transcend our fears, which for the most part are unsubstantiated and pointless. By gaining a more awakened awareness about the true nature of life and ourselves, we attain a greater sense of power, freedom and release from our own imaginary limitations. If we enter the meditative state often enough this will then be the new state of consciousness.

Actualising Theta allows your inner and outer environment be perceived on the level of present moment consciousness — the goal of earth life, the most rewarding, sensual experience. Of the four brain speeds Theta is the only level which facilitates transcendental bliss and deep inner peace. But in order for Theta to be experienced, Alpha is the bridge which facilitates the effects and benefits of Theta.

Theta needs Alpha to carry the codes, carry the healing waves throughout the body, but particularly to the conscious mind to achieve calm, balance and perspective. Theta is natural, for you go through the four brain speeds while sleeping. But it’s while you’re awake that the brain needs to become familiar with its full range of speed possibilities, and with regular, properly practiced mantra meditation such becomes your everyday state.

Accessing Theta also means accessing the subconscious, the conditioned mind which many people are slaves to, for “repair” work. It’s how you can re-programme the fear-driven mind: how you can influence change in your fixed thought patterns at the subjective level, how you can affect change in your lifestyle, habits and worldview.

This veil holds a rigid structure in place that does not allow the DNA software programming and the coding structure of the DNA to actively integrate into the higher-dimensional chakra system necessary to activate aspects of the hypothalamus, medulla oblongata and pineal gland. These aspects are limited by this veil or partition. This partition is also what holds you in third-dimensional linear time (time as a past-present-future loop) and creates major restrictions to knowing yourself.

In order to stay healthy, one must keep the meridian channels clear so the chi/prana (love) energy can flow unobstructed. One must also keep the chakras clear so that the body-computer can connect to other dimensions of reality and higher frequencies of information. When fear is the prevailing paradigm, the body-computer (the droplet) is shut off from infinite consciousness (the ocean). Fear constricts consciousness and love expands it.

Through meditation and positive sound frequencies can been channeled to activate your DNA by accelerating the bodies fine neuro-transmitters to travel to areas of the brain, the pineal and pituitary gland which help open the third eye, crown chakra, and the chakra above the crown center. Within our cerebrospinal fluid are tiny piezo-electric crystals which are encoded with tiny modules of liquid light intelligence that carry this information to all our cells, especially when they are activated through conscious intent, sound and light. When these piezo-electric crystals are activated either through specific sound healing frequencies, light, or through meditation, these intelligent codes of light begin to release and nourish all the cells in the body, (much like a bio-computer) helping to stabilize new levels of DNA activation which not only accelerates healing, but prepares the physical vehicle (body) for ascension.

If we want to raise our vibration, we need to prevent fear from controlling our state of being. When we find ourselves in a state of fear, we need to have a way to release fear. Learning to release fear is important because most people regularly experience fear in different forms, inducing seemingly challenging, difficult, and emotional situations that are not real but imagined. These fears keep us locked in the matrix, the morphogenetic grids of our awareness, of our active consciousness. It is also our collective consciousness that induces fears. This is how we create the vicious circle of fear in our lives.

Fear has numerous faces and has been engrained into our systems in countless ways. Fear is reflected in our beliefs, emotions, and the collective consciousness grids. It is locked in our energy bodies, organs, and cells, and it is an inherent part of our minds. This means that stepping out of fear is a process that requires time, diligence, perseverance, willingness, and a clear intent to never give up, even though the process might at times be incredibly frustrating. We will never step into a new consciousness if we are not willing to undertake this path. And we will never make a real connection with the Sidhe. The process of stepping out of fear has three major steps: connecting with your heart (divine essence), connecting with the frontal lobes of your brain, and the stimulation of the frontal part of your amygdala.

One must overcome the fears to become free and the great gateway or portal of liberation can be found in the bottom of the heart. When this chakra is open from the bottom it can sustain the whole body with a new energy, and this will then be the new root chakra.

Theta brain-wave state that connects him with a higher god-source power and bring enormous transformation, conscious access to it. Your greater capacity exists in such subtle energy of self that you can only know it in this relaxed theta state. A great benefit of thinking in theta connected to Source is that you disconnect from the limiting and fearful thoughts.

Man’s mind is not limited by his physical body, although he usually thinks it is. But it is the intellect and the ego that bind him there. Both intellect and ego using fear- based programs and concepts to gain control of humankind.

Its though meditation one learn to go beyond the intellect and ego that binds the mind to its limitation in the three dimensional world, and to the concepts of the left brain and the beta brain wave reality. Intuition (meditation) removes the knot of ignorance and its darkness. Instinct is considered by some to be the enemy of intelligence, and intellect to be the opponent of intuition.

Its through meditation one understand that; One cannot evolve from one’s robothood until one realizes how totally one has been robotized. Its through meditation one understand that; the robotized, automatized, mechanized mind is what hides the other realities, dimensions and the real Self in robotized “darkness of ignorance”.

The brain is divided into three parts- the “CORE” or the sub-conscious mind, the “left hemisphere” and the “right hemisphere”. The left hemisphere controls logic and reasoning and is filled with fear.

Left-brain dominance is very common in modem times, and it allows you to be easily dominated by outside forces. Belief defines something that doesn’t actually exist yet. A belief is a very creative thing; it is a strong, practiced thought—one that you either think over and over again, or one that you accept without question.

When we are forced into the left-brain by our conditioning, we find ourselves in an artificial world, like the unconscious residents of the Matrix. We are outside creation, separated by our beliefs from the natural world. The unconscious nature of our beliefs forces us to view nature as separate from ourselves; we can no longer see how we affect what we experience.

The limitations of the unnatural separation of right brain from left renders us disempowered and irresponsible at the same time. The belief system is a very convenient tool for those at the top who wish to hold others in mental slavery and emotional bondage. The Controllers who set themselves up as the gods of man have been siphoning off the creative energy of humans for eons. Beliefs are very creative. Beliefs call up the power of consciousness to transfer a potential held in the quantum soup of the implicate—unexpressed potential—over to the side of expressed consciousness—manifestation into form. Beliefs are very creative.

The left brain provides the “programming” for the “core” which does what needs to be done. The power of right hemisphere is infinite. The normal resting state of the brain is a silent current of thoughts, images, and memories that emerges spontaneously from within. You become more aware of spontaneous wandering of the mind, when you meditate. This default activity of the brain probably connects various experiences and emotional residues, puts them into perspective and lays them to rest.

The brain is an electrochemical organ using electrochemical energy to function. Electrical activity emanating from the brain is displayed in the form of brain waves. Brain waves during meditation actually do change!

Alpha, (9-14 Hz).- When we sit comfortably, with eyes dosed, brain wave pattern changes and we quickly enter into alpha state. It refers to the reawakening of our right brain—the subconscious mind. A state of relaxed awareness is maintained and you become more receptive for your body sensations and perceptions. Moreover, when there is synchronization between the two hemispheres of the brain, you enter into a state of greater relaxation and tranquility of mind. Alpha is sometimes called the super learning state because the brain seems to be more receptive and open to new information. The alpha state is where meditation starts and you begin to access the wealth of creativity that lies just below our conscious awareness.

Theta, (4-8 Hz).- With this brain wave pattern, one enters into a state of consciousness like dreaming. It is also associated with reawakening of the right brain, but at a deeper level of our subconscious mind. During theta state the mind becomes able to regain intuitive wisdom. When we work with our intuitive mind, you become more creative and skillful and experience a deeper state of relaxation. With relative cortical disinhibition, repressed memories resurface and disposed of safely. During theta wave pattern, our brain slows down to the extent that we experience ourselves working at the edge of sleep. Studies have shown that theta waves indicate deep relaxation and occur more frequently in highly experienced meditation practitioners.

Delta waves, (1-3 1 Hz).-This brain wave pattern is found during trance-like states. It is generally associated with unconscious, no thinking, a state of regeneration and rejuvenation. Also a state of superconsdousness—body sleep, mind awake. II is also sometimes found in very experienced meditators.

Through meditation one learn the ability to (lowering, stilling, quitening, emptying brain waves) and redirect one´s brain energy—shifting one´s mind state into optimal patterns where one become more receptive to new learning. The “theta state” acquire super-receptivity to new information, and the super-learning ability comes through the inutitive mind, which has the ability to instantly access information in the Alpha State of Consciousness in the present “now”.

“The brain is divided into three parts- the “CORE” or the sub-conscious mind, the “left hemisphere” and the “right hemisphere”. The left hemisphere controls logic and reasoning and is filled with fear”. The left brain also provides the “programming” for the “core” which does what needs to be done.

Conclusion; Then the left brain is the dominant hemisphere, and is filled with fear and also is the the programmer of the “Core” of the sub-consciousness mind, it will program the subconsciousness mind with fear-based programs to stay in domination and power. This knowledge is related to the “Corpus Callosum” and the called “Rainbow bridge” between the left and brain hemisphere. Fear is the component that make the “Alpha Bridge” to disappears, and instead increasing the powers of illusions of reality and this is the veil.

When fears disappears the Corpus Callosum changes to become more fluid, and with it follows higher intuition. The Alpha state is one which time and space barriers become fluid, and intuition as also psychic functioning become possible. When the “Alpha Bridge” is been re-build fear has been removed, and with it the veil going down, and the effects is; fluidity that creates higher intuition, one is able to live in present time and in the “now” , and one has access to unlimited energy and universal information, super-learning and supermind becomes part of a daily life abilities.

The cerebral brain span called the Corpus Callosum, is the Rainbow Bridge that cross—connects the neural synapses from the dominant hemisphere (left brain) to the non—dominant hemisphere (right brain).

The Corpus Callosum is known as the Antahkarana, or Rainbow Bridge, and represents the bridge of consciousness that each must build between his own mind and soul and the universal mind and soul. It symbolizes realization of oneness with the universe.

The theta brain wave is sought after most with meditators and mystics, mainly because, with the right conditions, it’s said to open up the pineal gland – and the theta brain wave state is also the collective subconscious mind that holds all of the experience and human programming in the grid of the Matrix.

When the right and left brain is balanced one is able to connect up more easilyto obtain information. When your´re centered and balanced, your energy will start expanding; it´ll start going up your spine again, then it expands out of the body , but including the body, into the experience that we tend to call bliss.

That release, that sequence of release is from the body and the emotions to the mind, is what we found people needed to master in order to truly release the brainwaves in our training so that the two hemispheres of the brain begin to synchronize. You move down through states of relaxation into the alpha state of creativity and to the theta state of deep meditation and intuition. When you do that, literally portals in your consciousness open up to where you not only identify intellectually with a boundless state beyond your body, but you can actually begin to explore those states while being in a healthy body.

The higher life is seeking to become incarnated in us the opening to the light, where spiritual forces can make a movement of redemption of mankind. Therefore, let us yield ourselves to life and experience that greater life stirring within us. That greater life has transformed our carnal nature and made us blossom like a rose that we may have perfect liberty of life by having true awareness of the indwelling of a higher life. The inner voice, the ever presence of a new life. Being the upper strata of divine consciousness.

The upper strata of our mind is our higher mind. When man enters the universal mind, he sees all things in the universe in harmony with the light of the eternity. All of mankind has a divine spark, which is the true light of eternity within them that is lying dormant, unexpressed, and imprisoned. The imprisoned divine nucleus awaits birth that the divine mind may open up from within mankind. Mankind will then enter the age of enlightenment, which will arise from within them. The hidden splendor imprisoned within will unfold, bringing liberty to mankind, creatures, and creation. The breakthrough will come, that ever-expanding divine consciousness.

When a person is merged in Divine, all powers, all knowledge, all wisdom, all perfection which are termed divine, shine forth.

Theta has been identified as the gateway to learning and memory.

The Alpha state is the gateway to the subconsciousness mind and opens up a channel of communication with your antenna through meditation.

Meditation is the key entrance into matriarchal nonlinear realities, the way of shifting at will from linear to nonlinear states. The Alpha state is the vibrational portal into universal information.

The cerebral brain span called the Corpus Callosum, is the Rainbow Bridge that cross—connects the neural synapses from the dominant hemisphere (left brain) to the non—dominant hemisphere (right brain).

When we’re in a state of fear, our alpha bridge disappears (this is the bridge between left and right brain hemisphere).

The Corpus Callosum is known as the Antahkarana, or Rainbow Bridge, and represents the bridge of consciousness that each must build between his own mind and soul and the universal mind and soul. It symbolizes realization of oneness with the universe.

Fear frequencies, low vibrational energies, fear programming make the alpha bridge to disappear and the third eye reacts in same way; it will be closed.

The rainbow bridge can be build through meditation and through the “theta” brain waves. Theta brain waves healing the brain from evolutionary fear programs, healing the amygdala, and when this process starts it starts to enmit light into the depths of the subconsciousness structures. The third will then slowly opens and unused brain parts is been activated and new pathways is been build when fear not make the alpha bridge in the corpus caallosum to disappears.

When the alpha bridge is down, beta brain waves dominate and concepts of duality controls this world. It results in; It builds two worlds out of one. This other world is The matrix, the dreamworld that is mention in “The Matrix”.

The Alpha state is one which time and space barriers become fluid, and intuition as also psychic functioning become possible.

The Alpha state represents the now

The Alpha state represent the “Creator” state

When you are in a present-time now experience such as amusement, laughter or play, the filter is neutralized. It has no negative past or future concerns. no doubts or fears to draw upon.

When you observe in present-time, the veil is neutralized. allowing observation from the Higher Mind. It’s here where this partition or veil is dismantled and reconstructed into its originally intended function: to open your awareness of the multidimensional consciousness from where you have come. Here the hypothalamus, medulla oblongata, pineal gland and seventh and eighth chakras become more engaged. the ninth. tenth and eleventh chakras become accessible.

Here, with the use of higher-vibrational Light and colour vibrations, the coarse tissue of the corpus callosum will be altered into a softer electrochemical gel, allowing the right and left hemispheres of the brain to function as originally Intended. In full communication with each other.

Corpus callosum is the point of union between the subjective and objective, and corpus callosum is a “bridge” in which the waking consciousness and the dream consciousness come together. It provides an opening for the inpouring of knowledge from on-high.

As you work with the inner energy this will raise your vibration and wire your eternal nature into the lens of your life, you will focus on the energy centers of the pineal gland and a master cell at the base of your spine.

The pineal gland is the physical body’s command center and has direct connection to the nucleus of every cell. Because this gland communicates simultaneously with each and every cell, any change in the pineal gland can be broadcast to every cell in the body. You will also work with the master cell at the base of the spine.

When we tune in to these higher frequencies, we have access to a different kind of light—a frequency faster than visible light—and all of a sudden we are activating a greater intelligence within us. Now, because the pineal gland is activated, we can pick up higher frequencies, which in turn produces a change in chemistry.

The higher the frequency we pick up, the more it alters our chemistry—which means the more visual, hallucinogenic, and higher-energy experiences we have. The crystals in our pineal gland, acting like a cosmic antenna, are the doorway to these higher vibrational realms of light and information. This is how we have internal experiences that are more real than our external ones.

These pineal metabolite chemicals your body produces fit into the same receptor sites as serotonin and melatonin, but they carry a very different chemical message from a realm beyond sensory-based material reality. As a result, the brain is now primed for a mystical experience, opening the door to other dimensions and moving the individual from a space-time reality to a time-space reality.

Since all frequency carries a message and that message is a change in chemistry, once the pineal gland gets activated and you start experiencing and processing these higher frequencies, energies, and elevated levels of consciousness, they often present themselves as complex, changing geometric patterns usually perceived in the mind’s eye. This is good—this is information.

When you have these mystical experiences, because your nervous system is so coherent, it’s able to tune in to these super coherent messages. in the darkness of the void, the pineal gland becomes the vortex for these very organized patterns and packets of information, and as you place your attention on them, just like a kaleidoscope they constantly change and evolve.

The theta brain wave is sought after most with meditators and mystics, mainly because, with the right conditions, it’s said to open up the pineal gland – and the theta brain wave state is also the collective subconscious mind that holds all of the experience and human programming in the grid of the Matrix.

When the seventh center is quickened, the man is able by passing through it to leave his body in full consciousness, and also to return to it without the usual break, so that his consciousness will be continuous through night and day.

When the Theta and the Delta brain wave patterns are sustained not only does the veil go down between the conscious and subconscious mind allowing reprogramming of the whole bio-system in a more effective way, but we also begin to tap into other realms of reality.

The meaning of the veil go down means the veil is been neutralized and therefore can then experience the present now.

When you observe in present-time, the veil is neutralized. allowing observation from the Higher Mind. It’s here where this partition or veil is dismantled and reconstructed into its originally intended function

When the veil is neutralized one is then beyond time and space reality, duality, ego perception and have through intuition and the present “now” awareness access to instant information.

To go beyond limited understanding and unravel the all-pervasive consciousness is to realise our perfection. As man’s mental perceptions get finer and finer his understanding of the true reality will improve to gradually unveil to him the One Reality behind all things.

Theta meditation entrainment — that of “direct knowing” — is also the process by which the brain can be introduced to recovery genes, to natural happiness, to spiritual patterns, to cosmically functioning behaviour.

Theta experiencing represents being cosmically fused, it represents connectedness, transcendence. Theta, and particularly low Theta, is the ability to “know” expanded deep silence as “bliss”.
Theta expands the mind, brings about integration and total knowledge awareness — “knowingness” at your point of intellect use. A level of functioning which enables your mental functioning to know greater levels of intelligence, coherence, to function naturally in accordance with the laws of nature, which is cosmic law.

During practice, the brain becomes familiar with transcendence, with “no time”, with bliss. In this level of awareness there is no stress, no anxiety, no ageing — no fear of death.

Theta, being cosmic, is the frequency to higher states of consciousness.

Theta is state changing, making “heaven” a reality now. It cultures the brain chemistry to function holistically, to function at the apex of your total potential. It’s the functioning frequency you must come upon, vibrate through, to gain attunement with your true nature, the kingdom of heaven: the level state to which you are driven intuitively, and into which you eventually transform — we all get to go home.

Theta is direct, conscious contact with the Higher Self, your soul— the means of knowing your true state, of becoming cosmically conscious.

As spiritual beings, Theta brain waves are mankind’s imperative. Our priority at this time in evolution is to move on from the fixation of Beta left brain — finite mind; to bypass high Alpha as another long period stopping station, and to function only, as a global family, from Theta intuitiveness.

This is a “must do” if we’re to be saved from the out-of-control “monster” the logical mind is morphing into.

Theta enables the brain and spirit to be awakened from the psyche sleep of high oscillatory Beta/Gamma brain speed, from the soul-deadening, limitation-ridden, finite mind. We need to consciously activate immortality and move forward on our “no choice” evolutionary path. We need to become transformed, entrained to spirit existence, from finite thinking to infinite awareness.

That we each commence the Theta imperative of the soul’s journey and purpose, to initiate the blueprint potential for each of us; the specific evolution we’re each encoded to be on; the work we’re each wired to perform here on earth in order to evolve beyond the apprenticeship of the five senses: development in Theta and even Delta.

Corpus callosum, The Alpha Bridge, Theta brain waves and Pineal Gland

This veil holds a rigid structure in place that does not allow the DNA software programming and the coding structure of the DNA to actively integrate into the higher-dimensional chakra system necessary to activate aspects of the hypothalamus, medulla oblongata and pineal gland. These aspects are limited by this veil or partition. This partition is also what holds you in third-dimensional linear time (time as a past-present-future loop) and creates major restrictions to knowing yourself.

There are two partitions within the brain.

The first partition is the corpus callosum, a coarse tissue that separates the right and left hemispheres. The original purpose of this tissue was to assist both sides of the brain to communicate with each other. With the Fall of Consciousness and aeons of living in the dense third dimension, this capacity has become significantly restricted.

The second is a vertical nonphysical partition that is perpendicular to the corpus callosum and located between the temples on either side of the head. This partition minimizes the function of the hypothalamus, medulla oblongata and pineal gland and it significantly limits the performance of the seventh and eight chakras in the physical experience. This nonphysical partition, or veil, holds each of us in a narrow field of logic, duality and rigid rules.

This veil is an electromagnetic field of energy. As you think thoughts, the thoughts pass through this electromagnetic field and are filtered based upon past memories or future concerns. This filter instantly draws a similar emotion to the thoughts you think based on those past experiences or future beliefs, fears or doubts. However, when you are in a present-time now experience such as amusement, laughter or play, the filter is neutralized.

In other terms this softer electrochemical gel means; The Alpha state is one which time and space barriers become fluid, and intuition as also psychic functioning become possible.

And the whole cannot be bounded, because whatever is bounded cannot be the whole.

The manifestation of the kundalini is called the “awakening” of the kundalini to stress that it is latent and must be made active. The traditional means by which kundalini is awakened involve a variety of yoga exercises passed down through the centuries including specific breath exercises and purificatory rites. However, it is also known that acts such as falling or getting hit on the head may trigger spontaneous kundalini awakening, and as well, certain drugs are known to mimic aspects of the kundalini experience. Kundalini awakening encompasses the whole gamut of personal human experience: there are alterations at physiological, sensory, emotional, cognitive and spiritual levels. The changes produced by awakened kundalini are so drastic from our usual states of consciousness that it is reasonable to say that a person undergoing awakened kundalini is experiencing an altered state of consciousness.

Finally, the supreme manifestation of kundalini awakening, and the formal and proper goal of the practices leading to kundalini awakening, is the experience of enlightenment, also called satori, cosmic consciousness, or the mystical experience. Enlightenment is a direct apprehension of the unity of the cosmos, a direct apprehension and identification with the transcendental essence of life and consciousness. Its essence is a “direct knowing” and a clear comprehension into “the scheme of things”.

Enlightenment has been an aspect of Eastern religious thought since the beginning of known history and plays as central a role in Tantric theory as it does in any other aspect of Eastern thought.

It is clear that the awakening of the kundalini is not a series of a few small alterations in consciousness, but involves a global transformation of the entire person.

The resulting state may be properly called one of hyper-awareness. As such, the fact that the kundalini experience exists at all indicates that we are dealing with an emergent property, or quality of consciousness, that results from a hyper-activation of all the systems of the body and mind. This is not a state familiar to most people. It is not even a state familiar to most people who practice kundalini yoga.

We are thus dealing with an altered state of consciousness that occurs relatively infrequently. The implication here is that, if indeed the kundalini experience is a hyperactive state of awareness, then we cannot rightly judge it by criteria used to ascertain our normal and usual states of awareness. In other words, to attempt to understand the kundalini experience, we are forced to go beyond our ordinary notions of consciousness and human nature. If we do not, then we miss the most significant aspects of the kundalini phenomena.

‘Kundalini is one of the greatest energies. The whole body of the seeker starts glowing because of the rising of the Kundalini. Because of that, unwanted impurities in the body disappear. The body of the seeker suddenly looks very proportionate and the eyes look bright and attractive and the eyeballs glow.’

It has already been discussed that there are so many ways to reach the ultimate stage to attain the Kundalini. There have been a number of yogis whom we know and the unknown yogis who do not reveal themselves, experienced the dormant energy awakened. The awakening of the dormant energy or the Kundalini brings various kind of miracles to the common man. It may seen very surprising to some people the music is one of the ways that lead to awakening of this energy. When the music vibrations are taken from navel chakra to the throat chakra repeatedly, the awakening of the Kundalini is experienced.

When the spiritual current of the sushumna is enlivened within the human physiology, it acts like a fountain of spiritual energy that fills the head with celestial fire. When the subtle fire in the head reaches a certain critical density, it becomes capable of reflecting unbounded pure consciousness At that point, the luminous spiritual current emerges through the crown of the head and assumes the form of a glorious spiraling column of light. The presence of this spiraling column of luminous subtle energy has been tradition-ally represented as a “halo.”

Those who possess the divine halo and are established in the state of pure consciousness may be considered enlightened. They automatically have Agni (the Divine Messenger) as a “guest in their house.” The Holy Spirit abides in their body in the form of a glorious column of divine fire. Such enlightened souls may be understood as earthly embodiments of the Divine Messenger.

The major role of Kundalini is to take the jiva slowly and slowly towards God, which is the goal of Kundalini and which is the goal of jiva also, so that jiva gets a contact with Shiva. In some cases, it is Shiva who first provides the contact to jiva and then the Kundalini starts becoming active. Thus the jiva is always safe.

The Kundalini is the most important instrument in the hand of the Guru.

When the Kundalini is activated, the man is caught. Otherwise people come to a Guru and run away. They don’t want to become Yogis because it is a difficult path. When the Kundalini is active, you are caught. Now you have to go on this path.

The Kundalini makes the body fit for the residence of God. The basic purpose of the Guru is to remove your darkness and give you light which means, that He is there to put you on the path of wisdom. When you are bound with the Guru, you are liberated from all bondages. Nowadays the Guru forcibly brings you on this path out of mercy. Nobody comes on this path: it is the Guru who grants you an experience, who shakes your mind .

So you can see what a change has come. Only God can reverse the direction of the flow of this energy in the minds of the people. The flow of this energy is reversed by Kundalini and sometimes by the single touch of the Guru.

When you are ignorant, you may ask what does it mean? You are a flame, and you say, ‘I am the chimney.’ You are consciousness, and you say, ‘I am the body.’ This is fundamental ignorance! When you are ignorant and you consider that you are the body, you claim, ‘I am this body!’ This is the first claim you make. This is the root of the ego in man, root of ignorance.

When you put it back and cry and pray for His mercy, then some day. He activates your Kundalini again from the bottom of the spine. This Shakti, when it gets activated from the bottom of the spine is known as Kundalini. The Kundalini goes towards Shiva only, and it will push you also towards Shiva. So it becomes a liberating force. The same Shakti that binds you, also liberates you.

When your Kundalini becomes active, and God is pulling you towards Himself, can you do something at that time? Of course you cannot do much, but still you can undertake some exercises if you understand what Shiva wants you to be, why He has granted you Kundalini, and what the Kundalini will do.

When you are completely in a crisis and you know that nobody in the universe can help you, and at that time if you cry, ‘Guruji, save me!’, at that moment this Guru-Shakti (known as the Shakti of the Guru or Shiva) gets active and solves your problems and gives you protection. At that moment it is known as Gurutattwa.

Kundalini is very free-willed. She will purify you because the order has come from Her master, Shiva (or Buddha or Christ).

Because when you love Jesus, your attention will go in Jesus, and when your attention is in Jesus, your Kundalini will get active, and you will be transformed slowly and steadily, yet inevitably. Nobody can stop it. Once Lord wishes, He has to transform you through Shakti. Nobody can stop it.

The real inner heat gained through concentration melts the kun-dalini in the central channel, and this produces bliss, which is then used to understand nonduality. The unified bliss and wisdom of non-duality consumes superstitions and ego conflicts. We do not have bamboo, pine, or olive trees to burn as our inner fuel, but we do have plenty of ego garbage and superstitions. The main function of inner fire is to burn all our delusions and superstitions and allow a non-superstitious, simultaneously born great blissful wisdom to grow. All nonconducive energy is burned by the inner fire, and only the useful energy remains. Our meditation causes tremendous energy to be absorbed into the central channel, which automatically draws in all the garbage from the other channels. Upon entering the central chan-nel, this negative energy is transformed and perfected so that it can no longer harm you.

If you follow the course of the stream which is the source of your well’s water, you will not only come across my well and all other wells, you will ultimately come upon the great ocean itself. In the same way, in the context of the kundalini the individual is there only at the beginning of the journey—as the journey comes to its end the individual too, comes to his end. Then there is only the all, the whole, the absolute, the one, or whatsoever you call it. So at the starting point of the journey you are separate and I am separate, but at the destination, the ultimate point, there is neither you nor I. We are just fragments or parts of that which is there at the journey’s end. So when the kundalini manifests itself in you, it will seem at first to belong to you—the individual. It will be yours. Naturally, you will find yourself standing at the edge of your well. But as the kundalini will ascend and expand, you will by and by find that your well is connected with all other wells also. And the more the experience deepens the more and more your individual well will disappear, and in its place the ocean will come into being. And it is in the ultimate experiencing that you will be able to say that this kunda belongs to all. It is in this sense that I said that the kunda is one and universal; it is one cosmic pool of energy.

What is true in the context of zero or the void is also true in the context of the whole or the absolute. In fact, you cannot conceive of the whole except by way of emptiness.

The whole means that nothing can be added to it, ant the zero or emptiness means that nothing can be deducted from it. There is no way of going any farther from the absolute, and there is no possibility of plunging deeper than the deepest void. You cannot divide either the whole or the void into parts; they are indivisible. And the whole cannot be bounded, because whatever is bounded cannot be the whole.

To be bounded means that something remains outside the boundary, and so it cannot have wholeness. Then it is less than the whole. If the boundary of your house begins where the boundary of my house ends, it means that my house is not the whole; if it is the whole it should include your house as well. So there can be no limit to the whole; it is illimitable. Who can limit it? It needs a

So if you understand it correctly you will know that the void and the whole are two ways of saying the same thing. And a religious pilgrim can follow both ways: either you become the whole or you become the nothing. Both ways will take you to your destiny, which is the destiny of all.

Breath plays a great role in the awakening of the kundalini. The kundalini is your energy asleep. You cannot awaken it with the help of carbon dioxide. Rather, carbon will deepen its sleep. Oxygen is a great aid in awakening the kundalini. This is the reason that we have always given such great importance to morning meditation. The reason is this: that in the morning even a small breath carries a large amount of oxygen with it. The earth happens to be in a very unique and extraordinary state for a full hour after sunrise, and to take advantage of this situation, morning has been chosen all the world over as the finest time for meditation.

Kunda — Sacred Fire The word kundalini comes from the verb-root kund which means “to burn.” Kunda also refers to a fire pit or vessel in which fire sacrifice (yajna) is performed. The kunda is a physical representation of the inward kunda. The kunda is the muladhara chakra. The ash from the kunda is an alchemical substance in that it has been transformed by the consciousness (the Philosophers Stone) into a substance that, when applied, will raise the vibration of all that it touches.

The theme of kundalini is inseparably connected with the development and configuration of the `lotus flowers’ or chakras. The inner practices” that lead to their awakening in our astral organization are likewise described in detail in his schooling book Knowledge of the Higher Worlds. From a certain stage of self-development these include exercises for self-knowledge and moral self-perfection that enable us to perceive the character and illu-sion of what we have previously regarded as our own I.

The `preparatory’ or ‘subsidiary’ exercises, as they are called—corresponding to the eightfold path of the Buddha and the eight Beatitudes of Christ—are primarily described in the two books Knowledge of the Higher Worlds and Occult Science, an Outline, as well as in many lectures. The awoken lotus flowers become organs of perception in the course of further schooling, initiating the process that leads to the birth of the higher I, the ’embodiment’ of the higher in the lower self. This ‘new self’, governed by the higher I, then develops the capacity to autonomously guide the kundalini fire as the ‘true higher life element’.

It creates in the region of the heart an organ of light, superordinate to the chakras, as a luminous etheric centre. With this it can then guide and govern the kundalini force as ‘spiritual power of perception’. This consciously governed power of perception, the kundalini fire, illumines the world of spirit in the same way that sunlight illumines physical objects. This brings about a reversal in the soul faculties of thinking, feeling and will:

The moment kundalini is awoken, passive thinking becomes active, and active will becomes passive. We can describe this moment of awakening by saying that our inner being acquires an active, i.e. productive thinking, and a passive, i.e. receptive will.”

The many meditations given by Steiner are an aid in this transformative process. Our capacity to perceive the spirit is acquired through transformation and metamorphosis of soul faculties into organs of perception for the supersensible. When as spiritual pupil we become able to withdraw the kundalini fire voluntarily from the organism, it becomes possible to free ourselves from the physical body ‘as if this were no longer presene. We can then voluntarily govern from within what hitherto streamed into us and governed and determined us from without.

According to Indian yoga teachings the kundalini resides in all of us at the lower end of the spine; it is symbolically depicted as coiled and sleeping in the lowest cholera.

The path to inner cleansing and self-knowledge is in turn connected with the kundalini power: ‘Through the kundalini fire, as it is known, a person can observe themselves from vvithin.’ Just as we only see objects in the physical sense world by virtue of reflected sunlight, the awakening of kundalini fire and kundalini light makes it possible to perceive soul qualities: ‘The moment we are able to illumine the soul with the aid of kundalini light, it becomes visible like an object upon which the sun shines its light.’

In the further course of schooling, kundalini becomes a light organ that also enables us to have vision of the world of spirit, ‘illumining the things of the higher world just as the outer sun illumines sensory things and creatures’. A third stage follows ‘at which the “true I” awakens, the world-encompassing self-awareness which is able to receive the key to true knowledge’.

The stream of kundalini forces rising to the heart centre. Our upper and lower aspects meet in this stream. According to this sketch, the new heart organ—expressly not identical with the heart chakra of the twelve-petalled lotus flower—is located between the ten-petalled and twelve-petalled lotus flowers. In Indian tradi-tions this heart lotus flower occupies an independent position alongside the twelve-petalled lotus flower and is often referred to as the ‘isle’ or ‘throne’ of jewels, upon which the vision of the ‘world teacher’ is seen.32 This points clearly to an affinity with the Christ mystery.

Meditation means nothing other than surrendering to thoughts with an eternal value, so as consciously to educate ourselves in what lies beyond physical space and time.

As you endeavor to raise your kundalini, you will real-ize that what you once considered to be the “real world” is just as much a dream as the dreams that you have while sleeping. You will experience the existence of more lev-els of being than “meet the eye.” The existence of worlds beyond and within the physical plane will no longer be conjecture or merely a philosophical concept for you, but a true and hard fact. You will then see the universe in a much different way. You will become psychic. Waking up to a broader perspective within the dream we call physical plane reality is called enlightenment, and is the purpose of raising kundalini.

The fire He holds, which is also symbolic of Kundalini, reminds us that “ignorance is burned in the fire of wisdom.” Such, then, is the Kundalini Fire. It is a fire of awareness that burns ignorance so that life takes on a new meaning and all previous concepts are burned up. It turns the individual upside-down, into a new being.

Kundalini will have to be pursued according to the aspirant’s own natural inclinations. When all the ground-work has been done, when quality has been brought into other aspects of life, which itself is a development of hu-man potential, and when the fringe benefits have been renounced (psychic manifestations), Kurjdalini will begin to stir because it has been safely awakened.

In the process of doing the exercises, the control of desires and all sense perceptions has increased, inner security has developed, and therefore the awakening of Kunclalini will not be a frightening, but a blissful experience. The mythology of many a culture has strenuously tried to explain not only the purpose of life but what is this God/Energy. Modern scientists continue to question this, and for each the answer is expressed differently. The human mind cannot determine what Cosmic Energy is; it can only study its manifestation. This manifestation can be brought about in oneself and studied there. Whatever the Energy is — It can only reveal Itself.
