Our usual perception of the world in waking consciousness is, in fact, a state of waking ignorance. The brain must inhibit our true nature and divine connections to survive in the physical world. In everyday life, we see everything back to front, as it were. We perceive the primary actions of the brain as providing us with sensibility and cognitive awareness. In fact, the brain’s mechanism is to filter and shut off the flow of divine consciousness, making possible survival on Earth, but obscuring all transcendental realities.

The Wisdom teachings tell us that there are three aspects to the mind—the lower, rational mind; the soul, our individual fragment of the divine mind; and the higher, or intuitive, mind. The lower mind, linked to our five physical senses, is the reasoning principle. We use this aspect of the mind to function in the physical world. The higher mind is the custodian of abstract ideas and universal concepts. When we tap this level of mind, we have access to the universal, or divine, mind—the great storehouse of all wisdom and knowledge. It is the soul that connects the two minds. The rational brain mind cannot make direct contact with the subtle planes. It is only through the soul that we can access to divine ideas and concepts. Its like the ego and duality cannot exist in higher dimensions of “Oneness”, or air to exist in a vaccum field.

When the three minds unite, we have access to all information—past, present, and future. Time and space disappear as the past, present, and future are experienced in each moment. According to the Wisdom teachings, this bridge building is the “new and true” science of the mind.

Above the ordinary mind are certain higher levels consciousness—Higher Mind, Illumined Mind, Intuitive Mind, and the Overmind. The Supermind is above all these levels.

The development of this faculty or “Heart Awareness” is not of the lower mind or conditioned mind but of an acutely awakened mind or super mind, which is in sync with the lotus chakra of the heart and the sixth chakra or the third eye. The lower mind cannot observe itself beyond the limits of its own accumulated conditioning; but can observe the process through “self-introspection;’ from the stillness of the heart, which awakens this faculty. This faculty of “self-introspection;’ is already embedded in our DNA or the evolutionary urges of our lower mind. This faculty slowly “awakens” the higher mind and like divine alchemy turns the “intellect” into “intelligence”. This is the alchemy of mind, brain and consciousness.

Our consciousness, however, being non-material, is not limited to matter. Just as light exists independently of shadows and darkness, consciousness is independent of matter. The consciousness of each human being has the potential of going beyond the limitations of material sense perception, even beyond the limitations of the body. The awakening process is a shift of consciousness and perceptions; from to be a body with a soul to soul with a body, and it is a shift from a body/ego perception to Universal Spiritual Perception of the real Divine.

The brain is the instrument through which reality reveals itself. Perceiving reality only through our body/ego-identification requires the use of a very limited part of our brain.

When we move away from our limited self-identification, we open a wider window to our brain, and activate larger parts of it. This process of expanding the use of our brain may lead us to experience phenomena that are perceived as unusual, like knowing about events and actions before they unfold, commonly known as intuition.

Through the practice of meditation we exploit a larger portion of the unused brain. The end of this development process is when the mind realizes itself. If we utilize the full potential of our brains, we can expand our perception to its maximum. This is when we start to see reality as it is, beyond time and space. This state gives us the power to know, even before we process any empirical information. This is intuition! We tap into a spontaneous flow of events beyond logical reasoning.

The intuitive mind has access to information that lies beyond the reach of rational and logical abilities. Our intuition, or sixth sense, frees us from our thinking mind which is designed to conceptualize, analyse and interpret our experience. Learning to dowse is one way to develop intuition and connect more deeply with the gift of inner knowing.

Developing an intuition of what lies beyond opposites is the beginning of a deeper understanding. This is the shift from ego-reality to meta-reality, its a shift from the ego-lens to begin to see through a multiversal lens. Yet we do not perceive the world as through a giant magnifying lens, but through the limited ego-lens of the three dimensional world. Human consciousness is limited due to dense material of physical body. Consciousness, however, being non-material, is not limited to matter. Consciousness is independent of matter.

Following the guidance of the non-rational, intuitive wisdom of the instinct is the royal road into the realm of soul. Then the third eye intuition is non-rational and non-local it is not limited to the three dimensional world – space time reality and discover other dimension the physical realm, where the body-ego is limited through the rational brain and is limited in the local three dimensional world. So ego experience reality both rational and local, and third eye experiencing reality non-rational and non-local.

This is certainly a gift and ability of a certain spiritual maturity, re- finement. The power of Third Eye can shift the vibration of one´s energy field in ways that enchance one´s ability to act powerfully from a place of gentleness.

The third dimension forms an original element of all our space-sensations. In the eye it is subdivided by various discriminations. The more distant subdivisions are often shut out altogether, and, in being suppressed, have the effect of diminishing the absolute space-value of the total field of view.

Spiritual empowerment is the personal awakening to its power. We have all the opportunity to awaken to the reality that we are spiritual beings in a biological body. Humans is a soul with a body, not a body with a soul. The body likes to be in control (through five senses) and the spirit has to be awakened to its power. That is the process of becoming aware that we are more than humans with bodies. Once we become aware, we start a process of transformation that requires us to set up our sights on the intention of heightened awareness.

The fifth dimension has a higher vibration. It is two octaves higher than where we are in now When humanity reaches the fifth dimension, will be on the first level of this dimension and will be preparing to start on this level. Consequently, in order to live in this higher dimension, we must also vibrate at a higher level of being. This means our physical bodies need to lose their third dimensional denseness, and become much lighter than they are at present. Some spiritual teachers say, “Although we still live in the third dimension, we can start to prepare for the fifth dimension now.” This means, because we are beings from another dimension, living in a third dimensional reality, we must relearn to become light beings again, by striving to live our lives from a higher octave.

Picture the third eye as the window through which we can look as far away as we want, at worlds beyond this world; or as near as we are able, at the universe we call ourselves, and the third eye is a window of inner visions and insights.

When we move away from our limited self-identification, we open a wider window to our brain, and activate larger parts of it. This process of expanding the use of our brain may lead us to experience phenomena that are perceived as unusual, like knowing about events and actions before they unfold, commonly known as intuition.

This process is like learning to move away from the beta brain waves of duality and through meditation opening the window to the theta brain waves and tune into “Oneness”.

There are always two different consciousnesses in the human being, one outward in which he ordinarily lives, the other inward and concealed of which he knows nothing.

When one does sadhana, the inner consciousness begins to open and one is able to go inside and have all kinds of experiences there. As the sadhana progresses, one begins to live more and more in this inner being and the outer becomes more and more superficial. At first the inner consciousness seems to be the dream and the outer the waking reality. Afterwards the inner consciousness becomes the reality and the outer is felt by many as a dream or delusion, or else as something superficial and external. The inner consciousness begins to be a place of deep peace, light, happiness, love, closeness to the Divine or the presence of the Divine. One is then aware of two consciousnesses, the inner one and the outer which has to be changed into its counterpart and instrument.

The Chemistry of Consciousness

The higher brain, the prefrontal cortex, is key to higher levels of consciousness and enlightenment, and has to be awakened. We can assist the process with the right nutrition, exercise, brain synergy and meditation.

Peripheral Vision is another technique you can use no matter where you are that can begin to fine-tune your perception and dramatically change your level of awareness. Peripheral Vision is a way of practising expanded awareness. In Lifting the Veils of Illusion, Peripheral Vision was described as an effective way of overcoming stress and relaxing the mind. There is more to this powerful practice. Your peripheral awareness is the key to psychic awareness, to sensing energy, perceiving subtleties and seeing through the veils.

The fourth brain is the “prefronal cortex”.

Awakening a “new brain”.

The frontal lobe serves the highest cognitive functions of the brain, including symbolic representation of the world

Several Indian masters have claimed that the frontal cortex in most humans is in a sleeping state and needs more energy to awaken. There are also indications from recent research into meditation and higher states of consciousness that under the right circumstances the frontal cortex can function at a much higher energy level, generating very fast brainwave frequencies called gamma waves.

That differentiation of the cortex is the aggregate of neurons or brain cells, while the medulla is an aggregate of nerve fibres connecting different parts of the cortex to each other and to the rest of the body. Therefore, the brain being divided into lobes (the cerebral cortex). This division has allowed a common misconception that we think with only 10 percent of the brain. First, we have not ever located where we think. And yes, the cortex accounts for only 10 percent of the brain. That does not mean that we think with 10 percent, or that if we ever learn to use more than 10 percent, we will be superhuman. Remember, the other 90 percent is formed of fibres connecting the cells of the 10 percent to each other. The only parts of the brain that are not so connected with a specific function of the body are the frontal lobes. Instead of being connected with the body, the fibres from these lobes seem to connect only to the other parts of the cortex. This led researchers to suggest that the frontal lobes act as the controller to the rest of the brain as much as the rest of the brain is the controller of the body. While other waves predominantly affect areas of the brain, Gamma influeces the entire brain. During meditation, the grand central stationlike cable of nerves connecting your two brain hemispheres, the Corpus Callosum — becomes deeply stimulated.

If one wish to understand and improve our mental, emotional, and behavioral functions, the locus of investigation is the nervous system. The person who can dial and tune the receptive, integrative, transmitting circuits of the nervous system is not just more intelligent, but can be said to operate at a higher and more complex level of evolution.

The only way to rewire neural patterns is to interfere with the neurotransmitter sequence at the synapse, thus retracting the old imprint and allowing for a new imprinting. The Corpus Callosum it is where neural connections are activated to the extent of creating new neural pathways or dendritic synapses, between them, breaking the barrier of lack of corpus callosum energy.

Our thinking self and our conscious self work hand-in-hand most of the time, but are not at all the same thing. Our brain works basically as a very low voltage electrical system that is wired by nerve cells (neurons) and their synapses (the spaces between them). When our brain is stimulated, messages quickly lire along the nerve paths. and we react accordingly.

The breathing techniques in meditation practices are especially good for relaxtion as the allow the cortex (the thinking mind) prevents from entering into a meditaive state to “switch off”. When the neocortex is dormant, this thinking part of the brain gets rest and one can tune into the more inspired, even psychic region of the brain that under normal circumstances is hard to activate because of the busy activity of the neocortex. This is the medulla oblongata. Often the third eye – responsible for the ego, intuition and insight – is also awoken.

The human brain has evolved in four progressive stages, with the earliest stage comprising the inner core of the brain and attached directly to the brainstem. This part of the brain is known as the R-complex or reptilian brain. This part of the brain gives us our basic survival traits, such as to fight or flee in danger situations. This core is surrounded by the second stage of the brain’s development, which is commonly referred to as the old mammalian brain, comprised mainly of the limbic system, which is the seat of our emotions and gives us the ability to feel and causes us to act on those feelings. Surrounding this is the neo-cortex, the third stage of the brain’s development, which has evolved to allow us to think and to analyze. The fourth stage is comprised of the pre-frontal lobes, which grow out of the front part of the neo-cortex, and provide us with the ability to plan and predict. Beneath this pre-frontal area, or attached to it, is the pineal gland, which might be a fifth stage in the brain’s evolution. This gland is a little pea-sized outgrowth and has been associated with psychic ability in humans. It is located between the eyes, slightly behind and above them, and is often referred to as the third eye. The pineal gland naturally produces the drug dimethyltryptamine (DMT), which is a very powerful hallucinogen that is also derived from certain plants and is used by shamen for divination purposes.

When any organ of the body is not used for a long enough time, it begins to wither and becomes inoperative, and can eventually physically disappear altogether, at that point existing only within the genetic blueprint of our DNA. Such might be the case with the pineal gland, which may have atrophied over time from disuse, and threatens to disappear altogether in future generations of our species if it’s not exercised.

Studies of meditation shows that during meditation, the grand central stationlike cable of nerves connecting your two brain hemispheres, the Corpus Callosum — becomes deeply stimulated. The main formula is; by loering reducing normal brain activity in beta increasing the alpha brainwaves, and when reducing the alpha waves the theta waves increasing, and when reducing theta waves or epsilon brainwaves the gamma brainwaves increasing.

During sleep the whole neo-cortex is switched into a less reactive state wherein its responsiveness to incoming sensory information is markedly reduced, and this is the central key with meditation; by conscious practice meditation one learn to reduce the brain activity and this open the doors the higher levels of gamma brainwaves and higher consciousness.

The gamma waves unify the electrical and electromagnetic circuitry within our brains. beyond the theta level, we begin to use gamma waves, very fine brain waves that create a unification of energy across our brains. When we use our gamma brain-wave functioning, the gamma waves unify the electrical and electromagnetic circuitry within our brains. The gamma waves radiate outward from the center of our brain in a uniform way, uniting pans of the brain that do not work together in our current states of consciousness. In the moment that we achieve unification of our electrical and electromagnetic functioning, an interesting thing happens. The door to the infinite opens, and we immediately leap into higher consciousness. We become aware of realities that are beyond our third dimension awareness. In the moment we leap into gamma consciousness, we awaken to multidimensional awareness! This is the multidimensional awareness or the seventh sense. From there, we are no longer aware of limitations of time, limitations of space, or any other type of limitations.

It is interesting that the Epsilon frequency is also associated with very similar states of being. With the advancement of brainwave research it has been found that these frequencies co-exist. The Hyper-Gamma, Lambda and Epsilon frequencies are linked together in a circular relationship” when the brain exhibits the higher frequencies, you will also find Epsilon folded into the frequency and vice-versa. This interesting relationship is one that requires further investigation. During the sounding exercises your brainwaves may well slow to between 3 and 12 hz and there may even be times when Epsilon, Gamma and Hyper-Gamma frequencies are present, especially if you are experiencing bursts of pre-cognition.

Meditation studies shows that lowering and reducing brain activity also increasing the gamma brain waves.

The gamma state provides new fibers in a high bandwidth transmission channel.

Not only do your cells communicate via chemicals and electricity in your nervous system but also through the exchange of photons or light particles through the bio-photonic network.

Light is innately intelligent and carries higher quantities of “purer” information as well as being superconductive. The more of it you can bring into your system, the more you can transform your body at the cellular level, from your organs, muscles, and tissues to your brain and nervous system.

The brain is superconductive, and when they are ingested into our bodies they change our cellular structure into a super-conductive matrix because they are the cause of energy at the cellular level.

This means that the cells become superconductors for an increased Now of photons that increase your electrical and electromagnetic field. “Put another way, you could say that “new chemicals” in the brain transform the body’s ‘wiring’ from being simple copper cable to being wired with fiber-optics, where the same ‘width’ of wiring is able to carry a thousand times as much ‘process’ information. Its like opening up the thousends lotus petals and get access instant access to knowledge, wisdom and elightment in nano-seconds.

The power and science of meditation is not just yoga, it is through meditation one can build a whole new brain and may even create a new world in the future.

Man A Transitional Being

MAN is a transitional being; he is not final. For in man and high beyond him ascend the radiant degrees that climb to a divine supermanhood. There lies our destiny and the liberating key to our aspiring but troubled and limited mundane existence. We mean by man mind imprisoned in a living body. But mind is not the highest possible power of consciousness; for mind is not in possession of Truth, but only its ignorant seeker.

Beyond mind is a supramental or gnostic power of consciousness that is in eternal possession of Truth. This supermind is at its source the dynamic consciousness, in its nature at once and inseparably infinite wisdom and infinite will of the divine Knower and Creator. Supermind is superman; a gnostic supermanhood is the next distinct and triumphant evolutionary step to be reached by earthly nature. The step from man to superman is the next approaching achievement in the earth’s evolution. It is inevitable because it is at once the intention of the inner Spirit and the logic of Nature’s process.

The appearance of a human possibility in a material and animal world was the first glint of some coming divine Light, the first far-off promise of a godhead to be born out of Matter. The appearance of the superman in the human world will be the fulfilment of this divine promise. Out of the material consciousness in which our mind works as a chained slave is emerging the disk of a secret sun of Power and Joy and Knowledge.

The supermind will be the formed body of that radiant effulgence. Supermanhood is not man climbed to his own natural zenith, not a superior degree of human greatness, knowledge, power, intelligence, will, character, genius, dynamic force, saintliness, love, purity or perfection. Supermind is something beyond mental man and his limits; it is a greater consciousness than the highest consciousness proper to human nature.

The fifth Kingdom of Nature – and Cosmic Consciousness

The goal of all major esoteric traditions and of all world religions is entry into a higher kingdom of nature, into the realm of the gods. This kingdom is known as the Fifth Kingdom, and one’s awareness and experience of its world constitute what is referred to as the superconscious experience.

It has been described by all those who have had this extraordinary glimpse of another world, in ecstatic terms, as a state of boundless being and I)liss in which one’s individual consciousness merges with the universal consciousness, with the Godhead. It is a state of beingness and awareness that far surpasses one’s usual limited, narrow view of reality and transports one, for a brief moment, beyond the limits of time and space into another dimension.

The union of the self in man with the Self of the universe is called yoga, the yoking or joining together of the finite self with the Infinite Self, and the process or method for attaining this union is also called yoga.

The name given by the Hindus to the highest state of consciousness is called Samadhi; the Zen Buddhists refer to it as Satori; in Taoism, it is known as the absolute Tao. Thomas Merton calls it transcendental unconscious, while the Quakers label it the Inner Light, and Gurdjieff calls it objective consciousness. Jung describes it as the process of individuation, and in Western metaphysical traditions, it is called the fifth state, cosmic consciousness, illumination, and the mystical or religious experience. No matter what name is given to this phenomenon, the condition implies a state of awareness radically different from that of our ordinary normal waking consciousness .

These terms are all descriptive of the merging or union of individual consciousness with that of a Greater Being and becoming one with Him. When this occurs, there is really no loss of individuality or sense of annihilation, but rather an expansion into a greater beingness in which you discover that you are your finite self no longer, you are something far more glorious than you can ever imagine and that the loss of your finite self is really no loss at all. In fact, it is not, as is stated in the famous line, that the ‘dewdrop slips into the Shining Sea’, but rather that the dewdrop becomes the Shining Sea.

The ultimate aim of yoga is to attain the superconscious state also called Samadhi in Sanskrit in order to realize oneness with the universal consciousness in that state.

Yogis say samadhi is the door to superconscious states, the gateway to liberation.

In the three dimensional world “Man” tunes is different radio or tv-channels of frequencies from the outer world, and in this manner the “Inner Man” can also tune into the inner channels of frequencies from the inner world and reality from fifth dimension and above.

As the brain descends deeper in the brain structures from the Beta brain waves and state of duality and the rationl brain, into the lower frequecies through alpha, theta, delta and finally epsilon one get the highest level of consciousness.

Meditation is linked to theta brainwaves and theta is linked to pinoline, and meditataion may be the link that makes the pineal gland convert melatonin to pinoline, and from this the higher awareness occurs, and after this the DMT hormone is been produced.

In the darkness experience, pinoline 5-MeO-DMT, and DMT alter the receiving qualities of the brain. The brain “tunes in” to invisible worlds and parallel universes, like a television tuning in to different channels. Mystical, near-death, and out-of-body experiences reflect dynamic equilibrium between “channels” in which we experience the essential energy that courses through the receiver.

Based on several years of intensive medical research, Rick Strassman, author of DMT: The Spirit Molecule, proposes that the release of DMT from the pineal gland at forty-nine days after conception marks the entrance of the spirit into the fetus. This forty-nine-day prenatal period corresponds to the first signs of fetal pineal tissue, the differentiation of the gonads into male and female, and—according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition—the time between the death of an individual and its soul’s next rebirth. He suggests that the individual’s life-force enters the body through the pineal gland and leaves it through the pineal gland at death.

The infant’s brain is flooded with 5-MeO-DMT secreted from the pineal gland, and the brain is 40 percent more active and open.

The chemistry of consciousness is, at first glance, complex. The infant basks in the divine glow of consciousness, manifested in the body/brain by the spirit molecules 5-MeO-DMT and DMT. However, during development, the brain inhibits the flow of consciousness, utilizing enzymes to deactivate the synthesis of the spirit molecules. Then, to re-realize the divine source, the brain must inhibit the inhibiting enzymes! The chemistry is explained in more detail below.

Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine), the neurotransmitter implicated in many of the functions of consciousness, is synthesized in the brain from the amino acid tryptophan, a basic building block of proteins. After fulfilling its role in the synaptic deft (the space between nerve cells). the serotonin molecule is decomposed into inactive by-products (5- hydroxyindole acetaldehyde) by the enzyme MAO (monoamine oxidase). The serotonin molecule differs from the tryptophan molecule only by the addition of a hydroxyl group (OH) and removal of a carboxyl group (COO).

Melatonin (N-acetylserotonin), the neurohormone implicated in sleep, is synthesized directly from serotonin, by deactivating MAO and inhibiting the destruction of the serotonin molecule. MAO (monoamine oxidase) is deactivated (inhibited) by the beta-carbolene enzymes secreted in the pineal gland: harmine, harmaline, and pinoline. As melatonin levels rise in the brain, the melatonin converts to pinoline.

With a resorvour of melatonin in the brain or higher levels of melatonin converts it to pinoline, and this can activate around 40% more of unused brain capacity in the latent brain.

Once pinoline is released into the brain, the production of DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is stimulated. DMT represents the body’s natural ability to create any reality we choose and is also one of the main ingredients of many psychotropic plants such as the visionary Amazonian vine used in the preparation of ayahuasca, believed to create in those who take it telepathic states and communion with spirit and with the world beyond differentiated forms. Being in darkness naturally stimulates the brain’s production of DMT and will therefore lead automatically to a new experience of reality.

Through DMT, the stranglehold of the rational mind is dissolved and we focus on the present moment, of which we are a part. We are at one with the spiritual injunction to be here now, in touch with the full range of our senses, wholly and completely ourselves. We are thereby able to move into a new and different future, one that we envision and create, rather than one created from the dictates and definitions of others who have led us to this moment in time and to our very need for darkness to reconnect us with all we once knew before we were told what we should believe.

The pineal gland starts to increase the production of ‘pinoline’, whereby a greater fluidity of thought and healing of the body starts to occur – pinolines (attack free radicals that cause aging and harm cells) and healing the body from these free radicals.

We need to stimulate the brain to produce more amrita and pinoline which are natural substances that can permeate the brain to alter brain wave activity.

Pinoline is needed to tune the brain into the “theta” brain waves and “delta” and even the “epsilon” brain waves 0.2-0.5 Hz which is related to telepathy

The pituitary gland produces the Divine Amrita, the pineal gland produces a substance called pinoline which also tunes the brain to the Theta — Delta zone. When activated and tuned to the Theta — Delta wave these glands act as Cosmic transmission stations allowing us to feed more successfully on the Violet Light radiation, that also streams not just through the North Star, but through our sun which acts as a giant radiating grid point that downloads the transmissions from the Central sun of the inner realms. Successful Level 3 nourishment is dependent on the activation of these glands.

Part of ancient yogi and Taoist master practice was to spend many hours and even years meditating in a dark cave for such actions were known to induce an amazing level of consciousness in the one meditating. Modern research has now revealed why as spending long periods of time in darkness allows for the accumulation and synthesis of psychedelic chemicals in the brain, such as pinoline, which affects the neurotransmitters of the brain and brings visions and dream states into our waking consciousness.

As Mantak writes in his booklet on Darkness Technology: “In the darkness environment chemical changes occur in the neuro-endocrine system as serotonin converts to melatonin which prepares the bio-system to receive the finer and subtler energies involved in higher consciousness experiences e.g. Divine communion, revelation and communication.

“Melatonin is produced in the pineal gland and affects the major organs systems, quieting the sympathetic nervous system and allowing for the daily rejuvenation of both the mind and the body. When excess melatonin is produced via prolonged periods in darkness, dream and sleep states then can bridge into waking consciousness and our higher truer nature begins to reveal itself and we feel reconnected to the Source of all nourishment and life.”

As many esoteric cultures believe — the soul disengages itself from the body when it sleeps and merges into its higher purer form as a Divine spark which also occurs during prolonged darkness meditation time. This is called soul feeding time, for here the soul can drink deeply of the Theta — Delta frequency well, and receive the pure nourishment that it requires. Another benefit of the activation of the master glands in our body is that we can be feed, via our soul, in a more conscious manner during our waking time.

Melatonin Stage (Day 1- 3): Complete isolation from external light causes the pineal gland to flood the brain with the neurotransmitter melatonin, manifesting itself initially into the need to sleep and rest and recuperate from the over-stimulation of the visual world. Melatonin is essential for the state of hibernation, which can facilitate the emergence of spiritual consciousness.

Pinoline Stage (Day 3 – 5): After more than three days, when the melatonin concentration reaches certain levels (15-20mg) the body begins to produce pinoline (beta-carboline). Pinoline is normally activated in the womb, in lucid dreaming, or in near death experiences. At this stage, the nervous system becomes aware of itself. Pinoline can activate clairvoyant and clairaudient experiences. Or one may see light and visions, hear music, and gain profound insights. When this primordial state is evoked, a feeling of reunion with the true Self and the divinity within can emerge, enhancing an understanding of the true meaning of existence and the order of things. It is a return to the womb, the cocoon of our material structure and Nature’s original darkness.

5-MeO-DMT Stage (Day 6 – 8)- Release of Endogenous Psychoactive Triptamine: After this period of time, the pineal gland starts to produce the neurohormone 5-MeO-DMT. This psychoactive triptamine is produced endogenously and is the so-called empathogenic/entactogenic neurotransmitter that expands the experiences of emotions, feelings, and intuitions, a ‘heart-opener’. When 5-MeO-DMT is released, a bright light is activated. This is often described as the darkness within the darkness, the second light, or the Divine light.

DMT Stage (Day 9 — 12 and beyond) – Release of Endogenous Psychoactive DMT: After some 10-12 days, N,N-dimethyltriptamine (DMT) is released. This is an endogenous hallucinogen; which enables one to see in infrared and ultraviolet i.e., such phenomena, as the heat patterns of a person across the dark room. When DMT levels reach about 25mg, the sensations become intensely visual. Often it is described as an experience of clear or pure consciousness, including encountering enhanced feelings of love and compassion, and a new orgasmic-like vibration in the body. During this phase, the amount of sleep taken tends to diminish down to about 3 hours.

The ‘spirit molecule’ – Endogenous DMT and the Psychedelic Pineal Spirit Gland

The Pineal Gland: Your “Third Eye”

Melatonin is the most powerful antioxidant molecule yet to be discovered; it can possibly reset the body’s aging clock

The pineal gland is the body’s aging clock, the internal timer that controls the aging process.

With age, the body produces less melatonin.

Telomeres are areas at the ends of chromosomes that may act as “biological clocks

The pineal gland is the body’s aging clock, the internal timer that controls the aging process. It releases the bioactive molecule melatonin, which transmits instructions to other body systems that tells them how and when to age. We age because our pineal glands tell us to. With the benefit of hindsight, this is not surprising, since nearly all of our vital bodily functions are somehow under the control of the pineal gland.

Thus the pineal gland and melatonin act as important parts of a person’s biological clock—the timekeeping mechanism of the body.

The pineal gland our aging clock because it is the body’s timekeeper. We age because our pineal function declines over time, and as it does it produces less melatonin. This reduction in melatonin signals to the rest of the body that it is time for it to age. But if we reset our aging clock by taking melatonin, we can reverse those signals and stave off the downward spiral. Is there merely some vague and non-specific promise of renewal?

The pineal gland starts to increase the production of ‘pinoline’, whereby a greater fluidity of thought and healing of the … 5-MeO-DMT switches on 40% more of the cerebral cortex and awakens the nervous system to become aware of itself

Basically, the pineal gland makes the hormones melatonin and pinoline and the DMT hormone

When the brain has a reservour of melatonin som interesting happens; is start to produce a new hormone called “pinoline”

On the contrary, as you will see in the chapters that follow, the research indicates that melatonin supplementation can forestall the very real and very destructive effects of aging, including weakened immune function, cancer, sleep disorders and heart disease. The promise of melatonin may at first strike you as miraculous but there is nothing magical or mysterious about it.

Melatonin works by restoring the function of the pineal gland, and thus is restores the balance to our body that we need to maintain the health we naturally enjoy in youth. The pineal gland is the “regulator” of the glands in our body that produce the hormones that run all our essential bodily systems.

The Pineal Gland is also known as the thousend lotus petals. If the Pineal Gland is programmed to act as a time keeper of the mortal life, it also is the way out of the this time-keeping negative effect it has for aging.

The meaning of the opening of the thousends lotus petals is; when it burst out of it time-keeping shells it goes beyond time and space and to eternal/immortality.

When one passing through the pineal gland and experience the thousends lotus petals this is the state of Nirvana

Nirvana, is the final release from the cycle of reincarnation (birth and death cycle), which is the process of aging. Then the pineal gland is the “aging clock” and the body´s timekeeper of the three dimensional world, immortality is achieved when the thousends lotus petals burst out in enlightment, the pineal gland then no longer function as a time-keeper of the cycle birth and death.
