Benefits Of Kundalini

It appears to me that kundalini awakening, among other things, activates the dormant potentials of the right brain, “lighting up” these capacities, which then makes it possible for consciousness to experience itself in a new and greatly expanded way. Once activated, the brain is no longer dominated by the divisive and separating intellectual tendencies of the left side.

This is not to say that left-brain activity is not useful; it allows us to function in many practical ways in the world and understand how to interact with the details of existence. But in this narrowing of perspective, or excessive activity in the left brain, it is easy to fail to recognize the source from which we arise, and the joy and appreciation of the oneness we share with others.

Kundalini energy, or the life force, may expand gently and quietly in some people, or move steadily, like an overflowing river bouncing up the chakras in others, bringing shifts in consciousness along with physical and psychic eruptions. But in a few people it explodes like a geyser, and they feel like they are blowing apart.

Our brainwave frequencies influence how we are in the world and how we see the world.

When the left and right hemispheres of our brain are balanced and stable, life doesn’t seem so scary, and we don’t over- or underreact to life’s challenges.

Changing your brainwaves, using brainwave traininng to stimulate the kundalini phenomenon, will leave your mind mentally and emotionally balanced – you’ll be in a “neutral mind.”

Everyone can access kundalini, but it takes a lot of dedication.

What Is Kundalini?

Kundalini is a spiritual energy located at the base of the spine, more subtle than the physical body. Regardless of which religious, spiritual, or meditative tradition one follows, the awakening of this energy is a most natural and essential part of spiritual advancement or enlightenment. Kundalini awakens each of your chakras.

A specialized brainwave training recording will, in as little as thirty minutes, introduce a frequency to the brain that will stimulate the awakening of the kundalini state of mind. If you were to try to do this naturally through meditation, it might take you 20 or 30 years to achieve “enlightenment.”

Neural stimulation speeds up the process considerably. Using a training recording engraves new neural networks in your brain that get stronger and stronger the more you access them, and you do that by repeated sessions. If your intent is there and you are focused, then Kundalini may be activated with repetition within 6 to 8 months. It is not a simple, overnight meditation. However, the journey as each chakra opens can be amazing.

What Does Kundalini Do?

Kundalini opens up all of your chakras, from root to crown, by directing spiritual energy through your body.

Benefits Of Kundalini

• Opens up your prosperity consciousness. :

• Awakens the whole brain – amygdala, hippocampus, occipital lobes, and frontal lobes.

• Pleasure centers are stimulated. :

• When awakened, your brain will turn into a superconductor and your focus will be laser sharp. Reduces the production of cortisol, a stress hormone.

• Increases the production of DHEA.

Increases melatonin, which encourages self-healing during deep sleep.

Kundalini can awaken spontaneously when you are under extreme stress, such as emotional shock or a physical injury — also sometimes during the birthing process — or it can awaken in steps and stages using practice, as each chakra opens.

With kundalini activation, it seems that some kind of inner “switch” is tripped, signaling a new relationship between the Ground and the levels of consciousness. In most cases, the change happens as a consequence of extended periods of apophatic practice, where attention is directed “upward” to the higher chakras and beyond, to non-conceptual consciousness and the divine.

Doing this for extended periods, day after day, one’s integrative center of attention, the Ego,48 is raised higher and higher, with energy dynamics shifting accordingly. Increasing tension is introduced into the soul, as the pneuma becomes increasingly rooted in the Apex, which in turn increases the vibrational intensity of pneuma.

A new “normal” of internal energy dynamics becomes established. It’s as though the voltage of the human energy system is being raised from 110 to 220, with consequences similar to what we observe when we do this with electrical wiring: eventually, things will “heat up,” with pneumatic vibration resounding through the levels of psyche and organism as well. For awhile, one feels more alive and healthy than ever, but that is usually difficult to sustain without making serious lifestyle changes.

In more intense activations and awakenings, the whole system can eventually become acutely stressed, as the intensified pneuma “burns up” one’s reserves of psuche and bios, leaving one feeling empty and exhausted. Becoming “all flame” is a lofty ideal, but it takes considerable fuel to keep the fire burning.
